la description de la location est parfaitemnt décrite. L'appartement est fort bien aménagé et la situation est idéale, très proche de la plage, des commerces et des axes routiers pour les visites. L’appartamento è ampio e luminoso, in una via privata silenziosa e tranquilla. La proprietà ha una grande terrrazza esposta ad ovest ed un comodo posto auto. La plage Miramar si trova a pochi metri, meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Unici inconvenienti la mancanza della WiFi e la pulizia da noi ritenuta insufficiente.

Das Appartment war wie beschrieben und hatte alles was man braucht mit schöner Terrasse und liebevoller Einrichtung. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Lage war prima, alles sehr gut erreichbar zu Fuß. Auch mit Kindern zu empfehlen. Insbesondere die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement spacieux et lumineux, la grande terrasse est très agréable et la plage est toute proche. Le quartier St Charles est proche avec d’excellents commerces et un très bon restaurant. Merci à notre hôte pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Un magnifique séjour sous le soleil

L'appartement est idéalement situé entre la plage du Miramar, l'institut de thalassothérapie Louison Bobet et la quartier Saint Charles, si pratique pour y faire ses courses alimentaires. L'appartement est fonctionnel et d'une propreté méticuleuse. Il est en tous points conformes à l'annonce de présentation.L'hôte était joignable au téléphone en permanence et s'est montré on ne peut plus courtois et arrangeant.Nous avons, dans ces conditions, passé un excellente semaine entre les 6 et 13 avril 2025, que nous espérons pouvoir renouveler au plus vite.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und super Lage

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Das Apartment hat eine überagende Lage und man erreicht in wenigen Gehminuten Strand, Supermarkt, Bars, Imbiss, Restaurants und alles was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Robert hat super geklappt und Robert war immer zuverlässig und hat gute Ratschläge gegeben. Aufjedenfall zu empfehlen!

Très belle location,au calme,pouvant tout faire à pied. Proche du centre ville et de la mer.

Très bon séjour dans un appartement agréable, spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Un gros point positif pour une literie excellente. La résidence est située dans une petite rue très calme, proche du centre-ville et pouvons tout faire à pied. Le propriétaire est très accueillant et le dialogue est des plus agréable. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Biarritz Holiday

This property is in a great, quiet location with private parking and a lift to the apartment. We were greeted by Robert the friendly owner who welcomed us and answered any questions that we had. His apartment is comfortable with everything that you need and has a large sunny terrace for alfresco dining and sunbathing. There is nearby access via quite a few steps to the Miramar beach where you can stroll along the promenade to the main Grand Plage and shops with plenty of restaurants and bars. If you prefer to avoid the steps then you can walk down the road past the Hotel du Palais to the Grand Plage. If you like surfing then this is the place for you with plenty of waves to catch. We had an enjoyable holiday and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Biarritz.

appartement extra à 25 m de la plage....

Appartement d'une surface de 55 m², très bien aménagé, avec une terrasse spacieuse : idéale pour 2 personnes souhaitant le calme et le confort. Literie en 160 et SdB de 8 m² ! IDEAL ! Sur la terrasse, on peut déjeuner à l'ombre jusqu'à 14h30, mais aussi dîner à l'ombre car le soleil disparaît derrière le bâtiment qui nous sépare de la plage. Certes, pas de vue plage, mais aussi pas d'embruns marins, ni de soleil couchant sur la terrasse (ou le balcon pour les logements en front de mer) ou plongeant dans l'appartement. L'équipement du logement est parfait et Robert est un hôte qui sait prendre soin de ses locataires. Un grand merci à lui ! La région ne manque pas de ressources, tant sur le littoral que dans le pays Basque. A recommander vivement ...

Fabulous apartment in fabulous Biarritz!

We had to book an apartment at the last minute (two days to our flight!) and Robert came to the rescue. He responded to my emails very quickly (often immediately) and answered the phone every time I called. We sorted everything out in one day. We were greeted at the apartment by his son and he showed us around the apartment - including the impressive balcony - where we spent a few evenings having a bbq using the small electric bbq provided. The apartment is wonderful - even better than the photos suggest. We loved the position of the apartment - a short walk down the steps to the fabulous Miramar beach - and in the other directions to the district of St Charles where you will find two small supermarkets and an abundance of cafes, restaurants etc. Robert was always available for contact if we were not sure about anything. Thank you so much for helping us out and giving us one of our best holidays ever! We will definitely return.

Très bonne situation pour la plage (25 m) et proximité de la ville (10 mn) Location très propre , meublée et équipée avec goût dans un petit immeuble calme . Parking privatif garanti . Literie de qualité ; cuisine très bien conçue complètement équipée de matériels de qualité , rare . Séjour très lumineux ; toutes les pièces donnent une impression d'espace , très agréable . Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui nous a gratifiés de cadeaux d'accueil (produits locaux) de qualité . Les contacts préalables se sont toujours déroulés dans la plus grande cordialité , le soucis de bonnes relations . Une adresse à retenir . Nous y reviendrons .
