This charming 4 Bedroom stone house is well situated for what Lexington has to offer. It's minutes from Southland Drive, Downtown, Rupp Arena, UK, area hospitals, the Distillery District, parks, and attractions. The Kentucky Horse Park as well as the Keenland racetrack are about a twenty minute drive away. The house has been recently renovated and features a master bedroom with tray ceiling and en suite bath. With beautiful hardwood floors, new kitchen, a patio, gas grill, firepit, and private enclosed backyard, this charming home has all you need for a fabulous stay in beautiful Lexington, KY. There is parking for multiple cars in the driveway, and street parking as well.

This is a great house to rent for a group! We had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, great living areas and a well stocked kitchen. The back yard is large and beautiful. It has a picnic table, grill and a fire pit. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. The neighborhood is nice with street parking in addition to driveway parking.

GA-KY Game

This home was perfectly located to everything in Lexington. It was very clean and had all the amenities listed. Looking to stay there again this time with family. Did I mentioned how CLEAN it was ! Also thanks for having a Tv in each room- we all were very happy for 4 days…. Oh yeah enjoyed the back patio at nights in a quiet neighborhood.
