Welcome to Casa del Rio, a captivating Tiny Home nestled on a 7000+ square foot property, harmoniously colliding with a mesmerizing river. Step into this architectural gem boasting floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that invite the natural beauty of Costa Rica inside, creating a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living. With a total area of 800 square feet and an additional 270 square foot deck, Casa del Rio offers the perfect sanctuary for peace and pleasure.

Prepare to be enchanted by the loft bedroom, featuring a floor-to-ceiling window with breathtaking views of nature and the tranquil river. Sink into the king-size bed with a premium memory foam mattress or relax on the comfortable Italian sofa while indulging in a captivating book. The walk-in closet provides ample storage space for up to four people, ensuring convenience and comfort during your stay.
Two cozy nooks await, each featuring a full-size twin bed with the same premium memory foam mattress for a restful night's sleep. High-quality linens from renowned brands ensure a luxurious experience.

Embrace the simplicity and tranquility of the interior decor, designed to invite relaxation and well-being. The spacious living and dining areas boast soaring 20-foot ceilings and custom-built furniture, including lounge chairs and a sofa set placed atop a handcrafted Knotted Riad Rug. Six Sonos built in speakers and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix and Apple TV awaits for your entertainment pleasure.
The modern kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, allowing you to prepare delicious meals at your convenience. The partly covered deck offers shelter even during rainy seasons, while custom-built mosquito nets on the windows allow you to enjoy fresh air without worrying about bugs. The air conditioning system ensures optimal comfort, capable of cooling the entire house within minutes on even the hottest days.

Stay connected with the powerful 200MB internet installed throughout the property, and rest assured with the video surveillance and parking space available within the fenced area.

Please note that Casa del Rio can accommodate a maximum of four people, including children. Extra costs will apply for additional children (subject to owner approval, please request prior to booking). Smoking and pets are not allowed.
We kindly request that you use the air conditioning with the doors closed, and remember to turn it off, along with the lights, when leaving the villa. In order to preserve the beauty of our handmade carpet, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing food into the living room. Indoor and outdoor dining tables are available for your convenience.

Arrival time is set at 4 pm, with a departure time of 11 am. If these times don't align with your travel plans, please contact us, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
