Had an amazing stay in this unit. Beautiful ocean view and the bird sanctuary next door fun to watch. Only steps to the beach. Roomy, kitchen well stocked with dishes and utensils. Definitely coming back!

Beach Cottages

We have stayed at the Beach Cottages several times. Everything about this condo was perfect! Had everything you would want for a great vacation experience. We would definitely stay in this condo in the future.

Great place with bonus views

It was a great stay with family the view from both balconies was fantastic. Location to stores was great. The pool, hot tub and grills were great for our stay. The only thing I wish was they had more than 1 large pan and 1 small pan to cook in other then that it was a great trip!

Beware of the smell b4 you book. The bird sanctuary stinks. It to be updated. New fridge in particular. The ice maker kept up w/. 4 adults which was great. Having the beach gear was great but needs updating as well. Wouldn’t come back due to the smell. We did have a great time though.

We understand that the nearby bird sanctuary can sometimes have noticeable odors, especially during warmer weather, and that some can be more sensitive to them than others. Love the view

This condo is beautiful. The view of the ocean out 2 sliders and the bird sanctuary out the third. Listen to the ocean all night in the master bedroom or from the living room. The condo is clean and beautiful. The beds were so comfy. About 2 miles to John's pass. But kinda at the end of the main strip but still plenty of eatery's and places to go close by.

The beach cottage, 1307

My wife and I had a fabulous vacation using this condo. The view over the beach and ocean was wonderful and we really enjoyed watching the birds in the seaside bird sanctuary which is next-door so we got two benefits. The owners have really done a great work with this condo in renovating and keeping it up-to-date. It was also very well equipped and very comfortable. We look forward to staying in this condo again next year for our winter vacation. We really did not want to leave.
