AMAZING! The villa was amazing. It was brand new and actually was a little larger than it appeared to be in the photos. It was a ten minute walk to the beach! The owner went above and beyond in addition to the staff. They were so responsive and friendly. Truly a joy to have around. The owner went above and beyond daily, we even had to call her at 5am begging her to come to the villa as we were leaving for the airport and had locked the keys in the villa. We were panicked that we were going to miss our flight and she was there within 5 minutes. The only thing that could have made this stay easier would be a clothes dryer other than that it was perfect. I am quite the discerning traveler and I would give this property 5 stars. Absolutely PERFECT.

Location was perfect to explore the west coast of Crete. House was very comfortable. We loved the pool and both sun decks. Wonderful view of sunset.

Best property we have ever stayed at in our visit to over 15 Greek islands over the year. We have never come across an accommodation that is directly on the ocean with so much privacy. The size of the unit and that patio exceeded our expectations. More importantly, our weeklong stay at this lovely home has given us the experience that will always hold a special place in our hearts. The philoxenia and hospitality of the owner, Ria, was felt from the moment we stepped foot on the property. She was warm, inviting, walked us through the home and left us with some wonderful treat for the week - homemade olive oil, Raki, orange juice, milk, fresh fruit, etc. We have stayed in so many properties over the years and this one is by far the BEST! Every morning a baker drived through the neighborhood with fresh bread and other breakfast treats, Imagine having someone deliver fresh bread and other breakfast treats basically to your doorstep. The prices are a fraction of what you would pay in the U.S. On Monday morning the produce truck came to the neighborhood where you can select hand picked fruits and vegetables. Our stay in this very small town was priceless. I can't even begin to adequately express how we felt during our stay. There are a few lovely restaurants within walking distance and if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and unforgettable stay in the Kissamos area, look no further this staying at this wonderful property. We absolutely LOVED our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Crete.

Was so pleased to find this lovely villa located quietly in olive groves with fantastic westerly views over the Falasarna Bay and is rewarded by beautiful sunsets every night . The Villa is incredibly well thought out and equipped with two large bedrooms each with en-suite , large open plan living room with really well equipped kitchen everything one needs . Plenty of towels , individual dressing gowns plus hotel style slippers and local olive oil toiletries give one that hotel luxe feel .i think the photos understate the Villa . It has that wipe factor on entering the electronic gates , with large patio , shaded BBQ with outside and dining areas with plenty of electric sockets and great lighting that comes on at night show how much thought has gone into designing this wonderful villa . It was slightly tricky to find but a quick text to the agent Stella quickly put me in touch with Alkistis the owner who met me at the supermarket that the family own and drove to the villa . She is the most amazing host and couldn’t do more if needed anything . The location is great apart from te views with a couple of local restaurants within walking distance as is one of the beaches or a 2min drive , with the whole of the bay easy to drive and find a multitude of smaller beaches and sections with a good choice of restaurants , most with great views . It’s a bit of a drive from Heraklion but absolutely worth it .. would be very happy to come back .. a great find indeed 😀

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Sfinari, it is ideal for a family of 4. Very modern and clean with a great pool for a refreshing cool off in the heat of summer. Vasilis is a great host.
