La maison fait partie de la station "Aperado" Krotiri de Parikia qui se compose de 2 maisons plus et 3 studios. Il est situé dans le niveau supérieur de la station où vous pourrez profiter de la belle vue mer et coucher de soleil ainsi que le port de Paros et l'île d'Antiparos.

C'est une combinaison d'un romantique, belle maison traditionnelle, qui vous offre ce que vous attendez pour vos vacances.

La maison vous offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour agréable. Il est équipé de l'air conditionné, d'une connexion WiFi, TV, lecteur DVD, chaîne hi-fi.

Le rez-de-chaussée de la maison a la salle de séjour avec cheminée, une création grand canapé et un canapé simple. Il ya aussi la cuisine bien équipée et la salle à manger. A partir de ce niveau, vous pouvez aller sur le balcon en face de la maison pour profiter de la vue ou de prendre votre dîner dans la partie arrière de la maison dans la salle à manger extérieure.
La première salle de bain est dans le même niveau de la maison.
Un escalier en bois vous mène à l'étage à la chambre des maîtres avec lit queen size, le placard et la sortie sur la terrasse de la chambre.
Depuis le salon, un autre escalier vous mène à la cave où la deuxième chambre est avec un lit king size, un lit superposé et la grande salle de bains avec la baignoire ronde.

Pour une journée de détente dans la station, vous pourrez profiter de la piscine dans la partie avant de la maison se trouvant dans votre transat sous le soleil.

Le barbecue et la salle à manger en plein air sont disponibles à tout moment pour vous envie de rester à l'intérieur et être le chef!

Si vous êtes un plaisir du sport de tennis, s'il vous plaît apporter votre raquette et profiter de votre jeu dans le court de tennis de la station!
Il y aura toujours quelqu'un pour vous rejoindre!
Si vous avez besoin de quelque chose de plus aventureux, vous pouvez faire un tour avec les vélos que nous vous proposons d'explorer certains endroits de l'île.

La maison est surtout écologique car elle dispose d'un système PV de sorte que l'énergie produite peut prendre en charge les besoins de la station.
Il ya aussi des bacs de recyclage pour le plastique et le verre.
La maison se trouve à 3 kilomètres du centre-ville de Parikia et à 1,5 kilomètres de la plage de Marchello (l'une des plus belles plages de l'île).

Absolutely stunning resort with magical views and grounds! The swimming pool overlooks paroikia and you see endless blue! The owners are amazing and welcoming having an incredible high standard of cleanliness and aesthetics! There was a fantastic bottle of a local wine in the fridge to welcome us and other essentials stocked for us! The apartment had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a very spacious living room and dining room with a beautiful dining set! Altogether a 5 star resort and a perfect stay

Great Place to Relax in Paros

The apartment was a great pick! The setup – the terraces, pool, tennis court, views – are even better than in the pictures. The apartment itself was huge, with a large sitting area with built-in and stand alone sofas, TV, a separate dining area with 6-place table, cabinets, desk, and a large kitchen with a full fridge, stove/oven, microwave, enough plates, glasses, etc. To feed an army. It was light and airy (white walls, 4 windows) with 2 doors onto the long balcony with table, 6 chairs, plus 2 seats around a small table. Both bedrooms were comfortable with lots of clothes storage, although the downstairs was an underground bunker with only a skylight and 2 small, high windows. Our hosts stocked pantry (local wine, fruits, bread, cheese, coffee pods, etc.) and were helpful with suggestions for the island. The pool was well maintained but cold at this time of year. A great place to stay on Paros, but rent a car – it is not close enough to walk into town for meals, or back up the hill with groceries.

Paros Paradise.

Where to start!! Grounds visually beautiful and wonderfully maintained. Unit was very comfortable for 2 couples. Expansive pool with stunning view of Parikia and the sea. Several relaxation areas with numerous amenities. Hosts were very responsive right from first contact until checkout. Provisions for first breakfast very much appreciated. If Aperado Vacation Villa is available don’t hesitate. You will not be disappointed. We plan to return!!

Extremely clean and well-organized villa

Vangelis couldn’t have been more accommodating to our family. He met us at the entrance to the property to ensure we didn’t get lost. He gave us an excellent overview of the island; and recommended restaurants and beaches for our stay. He even made reservations for all three nights. We would certainly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Paros.

Amazing stay!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property. The hosts were SO helpful and responsive- they helped us out of a sticky situation when I had not arranged transportation- we were so grateful!!! A tip: listen to the host when they say you need to rent transportation in advance! The property was beautiful. Stunning view. WiFi and AC worked very well. Hairdryers worked well and shower water pressure was great. Hosts even left some basic groceries in the fridge as well as coffee pods. The pool was very nice as well. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again without hesitation!!!

Paradise found!

The property is even more beautiful than the pictures . everything is super clean, inside and out. The Villa was so comfortable, it had all the amenities you could want and more- there was a nespresso machine which was icing on the cake. We had a table with chairs as well as comfy director chairs on our veranda where we would sit in the shade, with the beautiful view of the harbor. Vangelis and Tonia gave us a warm welcome, we’re extremely helpful and went over all we needed to know for our stay. The pool was a great place to relax for a swim and sun. I would recommend this property.

Complete Paradise

We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals and have a rental ourselves and this is by far the best property we have EVER stayed at. From the moment we arrived in Paros, Vangelis was there to greet us and take us to his property. Rather then just show us in and leave, he took us through the property, explaining things as he went, then sat with us for at least a half hour with a map suggesting things to do and places to eat. The property itself is beautifully maintained and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Throughout our stay we saw Vangelis and his family several times and anytime we talked about what we were doing that day, Vangelis was quick to offer to make reservations for us. I really can't find enough good things to say about our time there and can't wait to return. This is a 5 star property with a resort feel to it.

Wow ! What a great place !

We have just returned from a stay on Paros at Aperado/ Krotiri. What a great experience ! Our hosts could not have been better. Tonia met us in town and guided us to the location as it is a little tricky to find first time. She introduced us to the island, gave recommendations for places to visit , restaurants etc. She and Vangelis were always available to help with any concerns or questions. They treated us like family, including sharing food and friendship. They accommodations were beautiful, the location and view spectacular. We had a 2 bedroom cottage for 2 couples. Very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was completely equipped with all imaginable cooking needs. We cooked in all breakfasts, and several dinners- it was so comfortable that we preferred staying in than going out to restaurants! The grounds are spacious with a large pool and resort- style pool deck, complete with authentic wood fired BBQ. An outdoor tennis / sport court provided options for play. I could go on , but suffice it to say you shouldn’t miss an opportunity to stay here when on Paros. You will need a car, or expect to walk / cab into town. We were approximately 3km from the centre of town. This is one of the best stays we have ever enjoyed !!!

Beautiful Island Sanctuary

My husband and I stayed mid July 2021 for a week. The check in process was flawless, everything was sanitized and extremely clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with every kind of tool you would need to cook a full meal. We really appreciated all of the tips on restaurants, reservations. While this was our third trip to the island, we still needed some assistance with dinner reservations. The owners are wonderful, genuine people that take pride in their property and it is evident at every turn. We would definitely stay here again.

This was without a doubt the best rental we have EVER had in many, many years of travel!

Our hosts were wonderful from the time we booked the rental until the morning we left the property (including giving us parting gifts from their gardens). The villa was beautifully decorated and supplied, including fresh fruit, basic food supplies and a delicious local bottle of wine. Vangelis and Tonia provided outing and restaurant recommendations, and insisted on making dinner reservations for us so that we would receive top notch tables and service-which we did! The view, location and hospitality could not be beat!! I would definitely return!!

A very special place to stay

This is a really exceptional place to stay in the island of Paros. The apartment itself is beautiful - real attention to detail, clean and everything you could need for a really comfortable stay. The pool and other facilities (tennis courts etc) are excellent, with all equipment provided, and the view out over Parikia and AntiParos is even better than photos suggest. Vangelis and Tonia offered warm welcome, and very helpful advice on what to see and do around Paros. Car or scooters advisable to easily get into town and around the islands. Thoroughly recommended for a wonderful holiday home.

Had an amazing experience with this property. You are not getting a rental, you are getting to stay in a home.... our hosts are amazing and the place itself is incredible. The house is amazingly decorated and well stocked. We paid for the extra food basket and it was a huge hit. The views are incredible and the nearby town has everything you could need in a charming ambience. Will most definitely go back. This was the highlight of our whole vacation. This is the place to stay in Paros!

Aperado more than exceeded what we were looking for. The villa was great, the view couldn't be beat, Vangelis and Tonia are the perfect hosts. When we arrived, there was fresh fruit on the counter, fridge was stocked with local wine, lunchmeat, cheese, bread and other items to get you started. The location is close enough to town with a car/4wheeler/scooter for dining out, shopping, etc., but far enough away to be peaceful all day and night long. Great base location to do all your exploring on Paros. Nothing is more than a 40 min drive away. WIFI was strong in our villa and in the common areas, pool was wonderful, great way to cool off after a long day out. A few mornings we were blessed with goodies from Tonia, fresh fruit from their trees on property to still hot home baked pastries. What a treat! Vangelis and Tonia were available to answer any questions about the island, help with reservations for activities or dinner. Our unit was wonderfully furnished, comfortable, everything in working order, great water pressure. Vangelis and Tonia take pride in their property and it shows.

Wonderful stay at Aperado!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aperado in Oct 2018. The property itself is incredibly beautiful - the apartment, the pool and the grounds. We loved the olive and fruit trees, the onsite chapel and tennis courts. There is a beautiful view to the sea as well from the apartment, the terrace and the pool. We enjoyed using the mountain bikes to take a ride in the Paros countryside. What really sets this property apart though, is the wonderful hospitality from Vangelis and Tonia. Tonia provided us with a welcoming treat of olives, tomatoes, feta and breads, as well as breakfast cheese pies. Vangelis provided a wonderful Paros wine for us to enjoy. This Paros exclusive wine was one of the best wines we have have tasted and we purchased 3 more bottles from Vangelis. Tonia and Vangelis were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. We highly recommend a stay at Aperado for those visiting the beautiful island of Paros!

Oasis in Paros

Spent 4 days at Aperado with my husband and another couple in a two bedroom villa. Stunning grounds, beautiful pool, very spacious, well equipped villa, BBQ area with private dining area.....so many wonderful aspects of this resort and Paros. We seriously could have spent a week or more here as it was so relaxing. Our hosts Vangelis and Tonia were beyond welcoming. Groceries and a lovely bottle of wine and appetizer were awaiting us. They assisted us with the open flamed BBQ and shared a meal with us. It was really like staying with friends or family for the four days. Without a doubt, we will be back. Thanks again Vangelis and Tonia, the best part of our three weeks away!

Fantastic Week at the "Aperado" Luxury House Villas !

My boyfriend, myself and my parents stayed for a week (June 3 - June 10, 2018) at the villas in Paros. We came from Canada and were excited to see Greece. It was absolutely fantastic! Vangelis and Tonia were extremely helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. Every detail is thought of when you stay at the "Aperado" Villas! When we arrived there was tomatoes, feta cheese and bread in the fridge and a bottle of absolutely delicious wine! Vangelis was always available for any questions we had; he handled reservations for us and gave us great tips about Paros. We were never disappointed with any of his recommendations or restaurants he suggested. Additionally the "Aperado" Villas are immaculately maintained. It is like staying at a 5-star resort! If we lived closer this would be a must every year!

The view!!!!! By the swimming pool, when you are in the balcony having breakfast, when you have a dinner with traditional seafood and a glass of wine or ouzo, when you see the sunset, when you see the boats coming and leaving the island and you are still there enjoying your relaxation, then you realize that it was the best choice of choosing this point of the island to enjoy your vacations!!!!!
