The first bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a regular closet, two nightstands, a dresser, and a mirror. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed, a standard closet, two nightstands, a dresser, and a mirror. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

The living room is perfect for relaxing and unwinding, with two couches, one a pullout single bed couch,. There is also a coffee table and a TV, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The hardwood floors add to the modern feel of the space.

The brand new modern eat-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes modern amenities such as granite countertops, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and a full size refrigerator. You can prepare your meals and enjoy them in your own space.

Outside, you can enjoy the backyard. This is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee or relax in the afternoon sun. There is a private deck with gas grill..

We are in a lake community, so a lake membership, which includes a beach, clubhouse with bar and family events, is available for an extra charge.
