Total renovations in 2022!! New pics from 4/24/22 !!! 3 Bed 3 Bath relaxing town home directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the west end of Panama City Beach. Large Private Deck. Amazing, beautiful sunsets, walk directly out onto the sand. No Elevators, no crowds. Close to Pier Park. What are you waiting for?

Amazing sunsets on your large private deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This one level town home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. One King bedroom with fold out couch, 2nd bedroom has two Bunk Beds and private bath, 3rd bedroom has 2 Queens and private bath. Living room and dining and kitchen have beach views. The entire backside of the town home is windows with gulf views.

Only 1 designated parking space. only a few spaces at the road which are first come first serve parking. There is no other public parking near this unit.

Good place on the beach

The house's location is awesome the beach access was clear and well tended. The beds were comfortable and layout was decent. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Check in was easy, location is great A few issues on arrival--The kitchen was dirty, a horrible smell coming from the dishwasher. Pots and pans were filthy, but management did drop off new ones the next day. The cable tv was not connected. I read previous reviews that said as much, even contacted the property manager prior to arrival who said that it was working with no issues. After three days of back and forth, we gave up and asked for an adjustment to our bill---calls never returned for the remainder of our trip. Hmmm... They even "no-showed" us twice when saying they would be out to fix it. Management blamed it on Comcast but I believe previous reviews--this is a known issue that is not being disclosed. Pictures of the property are much nicer than reality--the floors are bowed and unlevel. There are grills stacked on the patio that are rusted and broken. Walls in living room have holes from furniture, no dresser drawers for clothes in master bedroom. Negatives--no cable, cleanliness at check in and overall quality of the living quarters (basic but livable) Positives:--location, parking, check in, strong wifi, beach access

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we found maintenance items that needed to be addressed. This is not uncommon for beach rentals. I called and also used the electronic format they sent me (very convenient) and listed what needed to be addressed. The maintenance team showed up and did a fantastic job! Very pleased! The Townhouse was great!

Friends get away

This was the perfect spot for our friends getaway. You can walk right out onto the beach or if you want to sit up on the deck, you can watch everybody else on the beach. All the windows overlooking the water and beach were just simply gorgeous. we would definitely come here again. the one negative is the washer and dryer is very very noisy Other than that, we had no complaints.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this place is great from the back door knob was broken which was our only access to beach. Despite multiple requests via phone and email, no one came to fix. What’s the point of staying on beach and not being able to go to beach. Beware- no refills for tissue paper/power towels

The perfect weeklong stay for a friend group!!!

Absolutely stunning beachfront condo! From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by the breathtaking views of Panama City Beach. The condo was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. Waking up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore was pure bliss. The location was perfect - just steps away from the pristine white sand beach and within easy reach of local attractions and restaurants. The balcony provided the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. The property management team was friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. Would definitely stay again!

Fall Break Trip

When we visit PCB, we normally stay at a high rise, so staying at this condo was a real treat. We loved being on the ground floor and directly on the beach. The location is great as it’s close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Pier Park. The condo is updated for the most part. The furniture in the room with the two beds is older, but is functional. The washer/dryer combo seemed older too, and the washer was really noisy when it was operating. In the kitchen a few things to note, the freezer does not have an ice maker (not a big deal but we use a lot of ice so it was a bit of an inconvenience) and there’s not a lot of silverware (again not a big deal but with a condo that holds a dozen people you need an ample amount of silverware). All and all we really liked this condo and enjoyed our time.

Comfortable place

This was a great place to stay. Peaceful and quiet. Not in the hustle of town, but easy to get there. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Great view, great place!

The property is amazing! Great view and location. Beach was not crowded at all. Would stay here again. Only issues was you could hear the townhouse upstairs kids running around and the internet on the property was out 6 out of the 7 nights we stayed there. Didnt bother me any but our teenagers didn't enjoy that. The TV was through the internet company so we had no TV as well. Luckily the beach makes up for it. Crystal clear every day!
