Second year using this house while in town. Great accommodations for the price. The only thing this time were the smoke detectors needed some attention.
Very pet friendly and a fantastic host! The host was flexible and considerate.

The lot was a mess. Garbage everywhere. Grass very high and uncut with weeds everywhere, including the back fenced-in yard. The grass was so high back there that the dogs did not want to play back there...we have medium sized dogs...an Aussie & a Pointer. One of the bedrooms had see-through curtains on a busy, well-lit road. One bedroom did not have a smoke detector, one had an old one on the ceiling, the 3rd bedroom had a new one but it was about 6 inches off the ground on the tv stand! The main smoke detector was new and was on top of the microwave! Ice maker did not work. There were ants in the bedrooms and the kitchen. The carpet in the bedrooms was filthy. Neighborhood was sketchy & people were near the outside of the house the last night in a heated conversation around 2am. As two women we would not have felt safe there alone and we would not stay here ever again. Just a few houses away there was a house litterally rotting away. Just a bad neighborhood.
It worked out perfect for our family hoping to use it again soon

Property was as listed. Great location from the Fairgrounds, which is what we were in town for. Neighbors we loud and "entertaining" but that has nothing to do with the owners' and the interior of the house was clean and very well in order and perfect for our stay. Would stay here again!

The beds were very comfortable Location was close to our downtown activities Kitchen supplies were slim no wine glasses available and very little drinking glasses The bath had no wash cloths available Landscaping and lawn was extremely overgrown But the house inside was nice

This was a cute little house in a rather run-down neighborhood. The location is convenient, but nothing special. Everything looked to be in good working order, and tidy. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. It smelled a little stuffy, maybe mold???, and there was a lot of dust on the ceiling fans. Not a bad experience, but we'll probably try something else next time we come through town. Decent value for the money.
I Loved the matress! No memory foam nonsense or something worn out 20 years ago. I nearly wish that matress was on my bed at home. Otherwise the stay was great. Not the best neighborhood in the world however we had no problems. The location was good for our needs. I would be happy to.stay here if I have.another overnight in Springfield.
The house was nice and a good place to relax while we were visiting family. It’s not more than 10-15 min from shopping and dining places. We would stay there again.
The home was exactly as advertised. We were comfortable there and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and easy to find. It was perfect for our group for a quick overnight stay for an important family event we attended nearby.
Loved this house. It was just as the listing stated. Very clean and organized like it was listed. Will definitely keep this place in mind for any future trips.
Comfy beds, clean house. Coffee setup was great! Close to downtown. Jason was great. Check in and check out was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fairgrounds visit
The most important to me in a stay, the mattresses were very comfortable. The couch was not at all comfortable, and overall the house was very bare. No extra toilet paper, very little in the kitchen to cook with. Neighbors are pretty sketchy but never bothered us, just had several loud fights. Host was good to work with, quick to help us with missing towels and the overgrown yard.
