Everything about this stay was wonderful. Appliances, beds, lighting, shower size. All great. Very updated. Getting in and out of the house was a breeze. Close enough to downtown to get there in 10 minutes and yet quiet to sit on the patio in a sweet area of town. We loved our stay at the Charming Springfield Stunner.

This home was adorable. Very modern and updated. Beds and sofa were super comfy, the shower was amazing as well. The kitchen was well equipped and again, modern and updated. I communicated with the host several times, always easy to deal with and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Great roomy kitchen with large breakfast bar/counter eating space. Large wonderful shower with two shower heads. Washer & dryer in unit which is so convenient. Beds were very comfortable, - forgot to check what brand mattresses they were as we slept so well! Neighborhood is charming & walkable!

This endearing home and neighborhood exceeded my expectations and elevated my experience of Springfield. Everything is fresh; the appliances and fixures modern and new. Beds are comfortable. Huge sectional sofa has reclining feature at both ends. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom has a double-headed shower and auto-flush toilet with heated seat. There is also a small patio in a fenced-in back yard with a gas grill, firepit table and string light ambiance. The unspoken attribute of this rental is the location. This quiet neighborhood of charming homes is conveniently situated near a Schnucks Market and great restaurants. I particularly appreciated the 2 minute drive to Cafe Moxo where I was able to pick up a delicious breakfast sandwich and a satisfying bag lunch on the way to my training. Still hungry? Sapori Pizzaria and Italian Market, located in the same shopping plaza, will provide you with an amazing dinner. Given the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again.

10/10 would recommend! Traveling as a family with your child and dog in toe- it’s important to have to comforts of home. This place knocked it outta the park! There isn’t one negative thing I could say from the communication w/ the host, the quaint/cozy/home-like feel of the house, the central location and being close to all the things, to the safe Jerome neighborhood and a fenced in backyard for our dog and son to play. We will absolutely stay here again!
