We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Carlton Landing. The host was very responsive to any questions we had, and the property was beautiful and very clean. It was able to accommodate our entire family and came with all the amenities we needed plus some. Highly recommend!

This beautiful new home is spotless and very large. We could gather together to eat and play and separate for down time. Made for families to stay together comfortably. Nice location and beautiful views.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rockin Porch! The property was perfect for our family event with 9 people and gave us plenty of space to spread out, relax, and spend quality time together.The house was very spacious, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and incredibly well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially enjoyed having the pellet grill available. One of our favorite features was the large round dining room table, which was perfect for family dinners and game nights. It quickly became the gathering spot for everyone!The location was fantastic. We were just a short walk from one of the three pools, which actually became my favorite of the three. It has a covered structure that provides great shade in addition to umbrellas, which made it especially enjoyable. The other pools, coffee house, pizza, and food trucks were all within a pleasant 8-minute walk, making it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.Another thing that really impressed us was the huge selection of indoor and outdoor games. There were so many to choose from, and everything was in excellent condition. The turf area was also fantastic for outdoor games and gave everyone another great place to spend time together.You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into making this property comfortable, fun, and welcoming for families and groups. There was truly something for everyone.I would 100% stay at the Rockin Porch again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend

We stayed here as a group of 8 and had such a great time despite lots of rainy weather. The house is stunning, is outfitted with everything you might need, and has ample indoor and outdoor spaces for a larger group to spread out. Check in and out processes were seamless and Dana was so easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Carlton Landing!

We enjoyed our stay here! The home and space was perfect for our family vacation. The only issue we ran into was the parking. Two vehicles are unable to fit in the driveway . We made it work and had a great time!

Amazing House

We have stayed many times in Carlton Landing and this was our favorite house yet. The house is beautiful, every room has its own bathroom, it is FULLY stocked and Dana is so responsive. We had two families with 4 young kiddos and there was plenty of room for all! Would definitely stay there again!

We have been going to Carlton Landing in July for the past six years. It is a way to get all of my family together. This home was excellent in accommodating us, very clean and spacious. Enjoyed our stay in this home so much.

Perfect for Families!

We loved our stay here, the home is so well done and thoughtfully designed. We loved the screened in porch and turf front lawn for the kids to play. Plenty of room for 2 families with 5 kids total. They’ve provided tons of fun games, kitchen tools, beach towels, really anything we needed. A very sweet trip and the house was perfect for our stay!

Mary’s 60th bday!

This place was perfect for 10 ladies to celebrate a 60th Birthday. The house is beautiful and the location was perfect. The neighborhood with three pool choices, access to the lake and an easy walk to all places. Our group and a great time!

Gorgeous house

It was a wonderful place to stay. New home with all the high end amenities. Beautiful screened in porch with Tv and fireplace which was so nice. Only negative is lack of parking, but we made it work. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely wonderful!! Will stay here again!

This property is awesome! We haven’t stopped talking about it since we left. We have stayed at many rental properties, but this one was different. I would have paid double to stay here! There is plenty of space for 3 to 4 families. Tons of sitting areas both inside and out. Perfect for kids of all ages or adults. This place and this area is an absolute secret gem!!

My name is Dana. We are a family of 5. Jeff and I own Cheney Group in Frisco. We have a son at Arkansas and Alabama. We have our daughter that will be attending OU in the fall. We love sneaking away to Carlton Landing to get in nature and unwind.

We love how life slows down the minute you arrive in Carlton Landing. There is so many different areas for you to explore and enjoy. The Meeting House and Mama Tig’s Pizza are some of our favorites. We love sitting by the fire pit and listening to music.

We have 4 bedrooms that all have their own bathroom. The rooms are spacious and allows you to have multiple families stay together and be comfortable. With 3 different patio areas you are sure to be able to enjoy the beautiful nature Carlton Landing is known for.
