Luxury is what you will experience in our Baja deck loungers and spa, large yard with putting green, firepit and outdoor dining area. Comfy mattresses, stocked kitchen and bathrooms make this an easy choice for your desert stay. Fire up the grill, shoot hoops in the pool, and unwind after a fun Mesquite stay. * Base fee is for 8 guests.

*Because of the pool and safety concerns, please leave the slider locked if children are in the home unless supervised outside by an adult. The front door must be locked at all times because of direct access through the house to the pool. Thank you.

* Our home is a No-smoking, No pets property ($500 fine if evidence of either) and we ask that guests remove their shoes as we strive to have the cleanest and best maintained property we can for comfortable guest stays. $500 fine if evidence of smoke/ashes/butts are found. If you do have a service animal for a disability, we would appreciate prior communication. Please inquire for stays over 2 weeks as extra cleaning fees apply.

* We offer an extra refrigerator in the garage in which the owners and other guests have left alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Feel free to help yourself and to leave drinks for others at checkout, if you wish. Please note that if you have anyone under the age of 21 in your party, you are responsible for monitoring consumption of the refrigerator`s content.

* There is a possibility of construction noise until all homes in the neighborhood have been completed.

*Pool and Hot Tub Fees: The pool and hot tub are heated by propane, which is very effective but expensive; therefore, there is a daily fee that we have to charge. These charges are initiated OUTSIDE THE INITIAL RESERVATION. The cost for heating changes based on the ambient temperature of Mesquite. We will need 3 days notice prior to your arrival for the charge to occur and for us to arrange heating. The prices are as follows:

POOL & HOT TUB: Winter - $150 a day
Summer - $25 (Hot tub only)
Fall & Spring - $100 a day.

HOT TUB ONLY: Winter months - $35 a day
Summer - $25 a day
Fall & Spring - $25 a day

YOUR INDOOR SPACE-
Bedrooms (sleeps 10 total): Our primary suite offers a king bed with attached bath, work desk and chair and a large walk in closet. The second primary bedroom has a queen bed and attached bath as well. A third bedroom offers two single beds with a large closet. The fourth, 3 single beds, 2 in an adjoined bunk. There is an additional mattress in the primary bedroom with linens provided to sleep in any space. With all new and quality mattresses and comfy linens, you will have a great night`s sleep after playing all day. Our mattresses and pillow are encased with a protective covering to keep you safe from unwanted elements. All bedrooms have smart TVs so that you can recline at night in privacy, should you choose. We have streaming capabilities but no local TV unless attached to your app. Please make sure to sign out at checkout.

Bathrooms: Our three bathrooms provide space for everyone. Two attached to the primary bedrooms and a 3rd that is accessible from the main part of the house. All bathrooms are are fully stocked with luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and more, keeping your packing to a minimum.

Kitchen: Stocked, stocked, stocked. If you like to provide meals at home, this is the place to do it. Full cookware and some bakeware are provided. With a drip maker, a Keurig, and Keurig/drip combination, everyone can enjoy their favorite cup just like they do at home. We provide Kirkland ground coffee, several pods, and filters for your stay. Indoor and outdoor dining and drinkware are provided for you. We also have tea, spices, condiments, barbeque utensils and more.

Living room: The living room is open to the kitchen and offers an incredibly comfortable sectional. The wall of sliding windows doors make you feel as if you are outside while cuddled on the comfy couch with the fireplace flickering, watching your favorite show on our large screen streaming TV. We have a `take a book/leave a book` section in the living room and a koozie for you from our travel agency. We would love you to give us a chance to help you with your future traveling plans.

YOUR OUTDOOR SPACE -
POOL & HOT TUB: You will be able to heat the hot tub and pool for your stay during the chillier months. There is an extra fee as heating with propane is quite expensive, but effective. Please see pricing above and give us 3 days notice prior to your arrival. The charge must be paid prior to arrival.

FIRE PIT: A sunken fire pit and four comfortable Adirondack chairs for enjoying cool nights and Mesquite sunsets shadows on the mountains.

PUTTING GREEN: With provided clubs and balls, putting competition and practice is ready for you.

DINING AND BARBEQUE: A gas grill with cast iron and a set of utensils make cooking dinner a breeze under the covered patio.

YARD GAMES: Turf and space is provided for outdoor games. Enjoy our cornhole game found in the garage or patio.

LOUNGE AREA: Lounge chairs and an outdoor sectional offer additional comfort in the backyard.

VIEW: We have great views of the Virgin Valley Mountain from the backyard area and the desert bluff from the front. Our neighborhood is away from town noise, yet close enough for a quick trip to the store.

PARKING: We offer free parking in our garage, driveway and street parking. We do have a 6 person golf cart in the garage for OWNER use when we visit; however, there will still be room for one car. If bringing a trailer, street parking is allowed as long as your vehicle stays within the property lines and is moved every 48 hours. Reach out to us if you have any questions on this.

Our home and backyard/pool is completely yours for your stay. There is a locked closet in the entry hallway for cleaning supplies/restocking, etc. Please let us know if you need anything restocked during your stay. There is a golf cart in the garage that the owners leave for their use. There should be plenty of space for your car and the cart. If not, parking in the driveway and on the street are permitted.

Our co-hosts, J and Amy, live less than 5 minutes away and can help you whenever you need. Please reach out on the message feed first. If they have not responded within 10 minutes, please give them a call. If there is an emergency or issues with your check-in code, please call them right away.

Cruise Control is located in a popular and sought after community in Mesquite called Cambria. Located north and a bit outside the main part of town, our home is surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. The hills and bluffs provide views and a plethora of places to walk. Everywhere you turn, you will see the Virgin Mountains, rolling sand hills and stately bluffs of the valley. As this is a brand new community and some houses are still being built, guests will experience some construction for a time.

We advise you have a car to get around to stores, golf courses, etc. here in Mesquite. There will be plenty of free parking with a 2 car garage, driveway and street parking.

* NO SMOKING/NO PETS - $500 fine if evidence of either. Thank you.

* Please keep noise to a minimum in respect for our neighbors, especially outside. Quiet hours are 10:00PM-8:00 AM. If management is called out for a complaint, there will be a fee of $100.

*Guest Limitations - The home and backyard amenities are for REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY. If you have a need for a gathering, please contact co-hosts for prior approval. Fees may apply. This is not a property for friends/team members to come and swim or use the hot tub. Unregistered guests using or spending time in the property could result in removal of guest from the property.
