Townhouse located in the neighborhood of Lázaro, in front of Praia da Sununga, almost in the sand. It is a few meters from Lázaro Beach, one of the best known beaches in Ubatuba. It is a two storey house, described below:
Upstairs 1 suite with a beautiful view of Sununga Beach.
On the ground floor we have bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen (with refrigerator, stove, electric oven, microwave and domestic utensils), SKY TV, garage for 2 cars, covered grill and shower. We also have ceiling fans in all environments, freezer 146 liters, 4 beach chairs and parasol.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
