Oleander Cottage is what beach vacation dreams are made of! This newly decorated home exudes coastal style at it`s finest. It`s attractive & sophisticated, yet oh so comfortable! The plush furnishings will make your stay a relaxed experience!

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $45/night

Two of the three bedrooms have king beds. All bedrooms have large wall mount TV's. All the comforts of home are wrapped up in this beautiful package. Cozy up on the couch by the fireplace to read a book or take the adventures outside to the outdoor fireplace with luxurious seating.

Take advantage of the outstanding outdoor living spaces! Sit and take in the gorgeous backyard with heated pool, patio & screened porch for an amazing outdoor experience. Walk or bike to the beach, Village, and some of St Simons Island`s favorite restaurants! Just a half mile from beach access at the King & Prince.

Perfect Getaway for families!

First trip to St. Simons and we will definitely be back. The house was perfect for 2 families with kids. The pool was heated when we got there and clean. Beds are comfy and location was great!

Spring break getaway

We had such a nice relaxing time. The house is beautiful, well stocked and in a great location. The kids had fun swimming everyday. We had a few hiccups but the team was great and everything was resolved quickly. We will definitely visit the island again!

Wish the road had less traffic. Bottoms of our feet were black on bottom BUT the house is gorgeous. The outdoor area is amazing. Furnishings are very nice. Kitchen super well-stocked. Would definitely go back!!

Our stay was amazing! The house had everything we needed, wanted and more! We were very impressed with how clean the house was. The pictures are exactly as the house is. Check in was easy, communication was instant and bathroom and kitchen supplies were plentiful. The yard is huge and the pool is so nice! So close to the beach you could walk, but we drove because there is a lot of public parking AND shower/bathroom facility. 5 stars all the way! We will be back! Loved the area!

Amazing private resort-like home

Absolutely Beautiful home and yard!!! We loved the private pool and enjoyed the fire pit every night! The backyard is truly a private oasis! Beds were very comfy and kitchen is huge with everything you could need. Loved the big fluffy pool towels and the pool floats! Location was perfect - within an easy walk to beaches and shopping district. This is my dream home!

The perfect getaway for a group of girls! The pool was pleasantly heated even for late February temps/cloudy days. Kitchen was well equipped with beautiful plates/glasses/serving boards/etc. Sparkling clean. Beautifully decorated. Conveniently located. Much needed vacay!

The house was very lovely, clean, and spacious. The private pool gets mega kudos. The house is on a busy road but we knew that when we booked it and had no problem with it at all. After being a care giver for nearly 2 years, this was a wonderful place to rest and renew. I will rent the same house again should I have the opportunity. Kim

The weather was chilly and windy so we didn't go to the beach. We had the pool heated so we all enjoyed that. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The 3 children were thrilled with their room and bathroom. Lots of good restaurants- Sal’s pizza- primo. It is on a busy road- not walkable to a beach. But one could bike places with pathways along the roads

Spring Vaca

The property was beautiful however I was unaware that we were on a main road and the amount of traffic there would be and you could hear in the two front bedrooms. The rental company was very attentive and took care of any need. The location in town could not be beat. We were within 5 min of pier village and 10 min of Redfern. I plan on returning.

Winter getaway to St. Simons

We've stayed on the island dozens of times and this was the best experience so far. Yes, there is a price premium that comes with a place like this but it was worth it. The house was extremely clean, the attention to detail was amazing and the level of care we received from the rental company were top notch. We heated the pool each day for an additional charge and although we didn't use it everyday, it was nice to have the option. The backyard is very peaceful and there was space for soccer and other sports. The location is close to everything and walking distance to one of the best restaurants on the island (Fiddler's). The house had everything we wanted and needed and then some, we'll definitely rent through this company again.
