Appartement confortable. Plusieurs lieux touristiques se font à pied. Plusieurs bons restaurants situés tout prÚs.

An absolutely perfect location for exploring Toronto. Lovely apartment with everything you'll need. The building front desk is staffed 24/7 which is a nice extra from a security standpoint.Note: there was a significant water event that impacted the common areas which are now under construction.

The location was very central, close to everything. The property management team was extremely helpful. We had an issue with the bed that was resolved immediately. Viera kept us up to date and was extremely helpful and communicative in the process. We enjoyed our stay, and discovered how walkable Toronto is. Score on Queen, located within walking distance was a fun place!

Great location. Near many cool spots downtown. Host was extermely reponsive. Lovely living space. Not a big fan of the memory foam bed but my partner did not mind it.Parking was really easy. Great spot.

This was a great stay. Condo is located in the entertainment section and it was an easy walk to CN tower and the lake front. Enjoyed a boat tour Casa Loma AGO, St Lawrence Market, Amsterdam Brewery as well as the 3 restaurants around corner on John Street. Fabulous stay. Condo just as shown and stated. Secure, easy checkin and checkout, all the amenities that you need plus Tim Horton’s on corner and a magnet about a block away.

Not at all luxury

It is never a good sign when the host contacts you asking for feedback and not to leave a review. I took one star off for this being marketed as a luxury unit, which it is clearly not, and one star off for maintenance and cleanliness. As I told the host, where they cut corners was very obvious and I intend to leave an honest review.We stayed for one week while we combined a medical trip with site seeing. The location is excellent. You cannot beat it. The price was good. There is nothing luxury about the unit. I will list the reasons below:The tv in the bedroom is barely a smart tv. It takes ages to load, glitches often.There is a light directly outside of the balcony and there are only sheers covering the sliders, making it very bright all of the time. There is nothing but a clear glass sliding door on the bedroom, meaning you cannot shut out the light and have no privacy in the unit. We had to change at night with the lights on while in the bathroom or in the corner. This could be easily remedied with proper drapes or privacy glass.The kitchen cabients and bathroom doors are beaten up and cheap. There is a huge line in the kitchen cabients from where part was ripped off and screwed back on improperly. The unit has the bare necessities, but not one touch of luxury. The bed was LOUD and sagged in the middle.The unit is was filthy. Pubic hair in the bathroom. Dirty hand prints on walls. Dust everywhere. It wont let me attach pics but I have plenty.

Location is everything with this unit! Great space located just steps from Toronto and everything it has to offer. Easy access to trains, streetcars, and buses all made for a convenient trip to the city. The biggest complaint is that the bed is a cheap old-style spring mattress. Terrible to sleep on and very uncomfortable with two average-sized people, you roll right to the middle. The pillows were great though! The kitchen lacked more than one normal-sized drinking glass, and plates / bowls were a hodge podge of randomness. One cabinet face is broken, and the dishwasher lacks a utensil basket, making cleaning some things tricky. The cabinets were well stocked with all the essential cooking items in the condo too! Kitchen appliances are newer and are neatly stored behind or in cabinets, giving the space a clean and modern feel. Even the stove fan tucks nicely away, making for a clean-looking space. Be aware that parking in the area is around $20, which seems to be average for Toronto. There were plenty of spots, and public transportation eliminated the need to use the car. The entry is quick and simple for the secured building. They were doing construction on the floor, which we only heard during the week. The hallway was being renovated and didn’t have carpet at the time of our stay, which was simply aesthetic. Overall, a pleasant quiet stay in the heart of Toronto!

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. They had everything we needed in the condo. It was close to walking distance for many things and just an Uber right away for many other things. The place was very clean and again, in a great location. Highly recommend.
