The host was amazing and very responsive and helpful. The view is stunning and we slept with the doors open to listen to the waves and enjoy the breeze. Although it was clean and somewhat updated there are still some improvements to be made like the carpet that was very old and dirty and the decor being older. There is a chair lift on the stairs which might be helpful for those that need it but this was not mentioned and was difficult to maneuver around when going up and down the stairs Overall it was a good experience with an amazing view and mostly clean (other than the carpet)

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. The condo has a well stocked kitchen. The downstairs bedroom does not have room darkening shades so it is very bright during the day. The unit does not offer complimentary parking passes so you have to pay $50 to use the lot. The management company provided clear instructions throughout our stay and they are available 24/7.

OC Condo Century 1

Condo had fantastic views from the balconies one on each side of building. This was a two level apartment with main room and kitchen upstairs. May be an issue for people with mobility issues. The sliding glass doors to balcony stick and are heavy to open and close. The bathrooms were a bit narrow. Overall everything we needed with great views

The rooms & balcony were much smaller than expected; so much so that I had to squeeze my body against the stall shower in order to close the door to the toilet facility. There weren’t many kitchen cabinets. The TV in the master bedroom was tiny & there was no TV in the 2nd bedroom. The bathroom sink areas had no doors, thus no privacy. And sinks were single basin. My wife & I only had 1 towel each for a 4 night stay & a request for additional towels was denied. I was also denied an early check in even though I applied early & was willing to pay the fee. As for a late checkout, at first I was approved & charged 55.00. Almost immediately the late checkout was cancelled but only 50.05 was refunded; a charge that will definitely be disputed. Additionally, the sliding glass door to the balcony is seemingly rusted at the bottom & extremely hard to open & close. The hotel also has no amenities such as a snack bar, gift shop, etc. In summation, we will never again stay at this hotel.
