This is a beautiful home and a great location

We enjoyed our stay there and went to the Fryeburg fair. The place is spacious and easy to get to. We would love to stay again next year. Annie was very friendly and helpful.

Place to stay

House is pretty big and clean. If you are interested in hiking yes good place to stay. Lot of near by lakes. Maybe 30 to 1hr drive to beaches depending on where you going.

Same time next year

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. With everything we needed, was like home away from home. Loved the pan cake mix and syrup to start our first morning off right. The location was great and the small town of Bridgton was so quaint. The property owner Anne was very nice and pleasant to work with. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent place to stay near Bridgton, Maine

It was a perfect house for lots of people or just mostly two of us initially with another couple later in the stay. Great bedrooms, laundry, bathrooms and kitchen. And, since we didn't want to have to take stairs every day, having a bed and bathroom on the first was great for us older folks. And, the host was very quick to answer any text questions I had.

Great Property, Great Location

I have been renting in Bridgton for many years, but this is the first time I rented this property. Everything is as advertised and more. Annie was a wonderful host and extremely responsive. Upon our arrival, she left us a thoughtful note accompanied by a little gift. The home was beautiful, spacious and has everything you need. Price was more than reasonable for everything you are getting. One of the bedrooms upstairs has 3 Beds and a couch which is perfect if you are traveling with a group of kids. The home is located only 2 minutes from Pleasant Mountain which was very convenient for our ski trip. I have rented 10+ properties in Bridgton over the years and this was our favorite thus far. I will definitely be returning in the future and highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

The house was perfect for our weekend getaway. The kids had plenty of space to hang out while we were in the house with lots of toys! The rest of the house was cozy and perfect for what we wanted. Annie was quick to respond to our questions and very helpful. Would absolutely rent this home again.

Hi, I am Annie and a mom of six. I knew instantly when I visited the Bridgton area for the first time, this is where I wanted to buy a home. Every time I spend time here, I discover something new to love. Some of my favorites in the area are Saco Brewing, hiking and skiing Pleasant Mountain (although the hike is tough but worth it), Pondicherry Park and the veggie pizza at Bridgton House of Pizza.
I hope you love Campbell House and the area as much as I do and I would love to hear about something new you discover on your visit.
