Host made the very best of an unfortunate situation!
Due to a double booking on the part of VRBO, the host, Nancy was extremely apologetic and wonderful about finding us other accommodations. She could not have been nicer or more helpful in what was an unfortunate situation. She found us beautiful alternative accommodations and saved our family weekend. We did drive by the cottage which looks delightful, and she even offered to let us stay there the second night of our weekend for free. She also offered to let us visit the cottage for future visits. Thank you, Nancy for the very thoughtful way in which you handled this situation. We loved Litchfield and hope to return to stay at your cottage.
