Located in the The World Tennis Club in Naples. This Condo is just few minutes to shops, restaurants, 4 miles to the beaches & the popular downtown.

Amenities fee $150 include: 16 Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball, Bacci Ball Court, 2 Heated Pools & Jacuzzi, Gym, lockers, sauna. Poolside Restaurant, Playground, Basketball Court, & bike-walking paths.
Not a suitable place for events or parties. It's a very strict condo association, more suited to relaxing and enjoying the resort like facilities.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as expected - very clean, cozy and well maintained. It was quiet around the area and was nice to relax on the back patio. There is a small playground nearby if you have younger kids. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, tennis courts or cafe, but did check out the area and it seemed nice. Fabiola was easy to reach and very responsive.

Fabiola is a welcoming, attentive and responsive host. The community is quiet and friendly. The pool area is nice, includes a hot tub and has access to food and drink. The unit has southern exposure out the sliding glass door contributing to making it light and bright. The lake view is complimented with lush landscape. Designated parking right out front is very convenient. Plus you are close to amenities, the beaches and two nature areas.

Naples pickleball tournament

We had a quick but nice stay. The property is lovely. We enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi on the first night. Location is awesome and close to many restaurants, stores, highway, etc.We would definitely stay here again for another tournament!

This property was clean, conveniently located and the pool was nice and warm. We knew going in we would likely be the minority with kids which was true. The only downfall was cooking so request additional pans if you plan to cook during your stay! We would stay again!!!

Worth Every Penny!

Easy self-access key box and check in. Plenty of basic supplies-laundry soap, salt & pepper, paper towels, coffee pods, and toilet paper. Most important to me was—no bugs! And the condo was cleaner than a hotel.

Quiet Location

We stayed at this property for 5 days at the end of December in 2023. The property was clean, well maintained, and in a very quiet location. The beach is maybe a 5-10 minute drive away, which was perfect for my wife and I. The pool/hot tub was never crowded. We really enjoyed Naples and hope to return, and if we do we will definitely look for this property again. The host was easy to communicate with and everything was just right.

Nice place

Overall clean and conveniently located. Dryer does not work great if you are counting on doing laundry. Also coffee maker not great. We were disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs.

Dear Shannon Thanks for your comments, the dryer was very easy to fix if you have told me as soon as you detected it was probably lints in the filter . About the coffee maker it is a regular k-cups. Pool repairs is something that I can not control since it is a community . Regards Fabiola
