Indoor parking space and twice-monthly cleaning services are included. It is in a gated community in North Fort Lauderdale and Federal Highway. The apartment was fully renovated in 2020 and has impacted-resistant windows.
A one-month security deposit will be required but returned if no damages are incurred. Potential renter will need to be interviewed by one of the board of directors of the condo and also go through a background check.
