Villa Brajkovic 200m from the sea and 15min walk from the old city center Rovinj

Welcome in our newly renovated Villa Brajkovic that was made exclusively for a good and relaxed family vacations. It is located in front of the park with lush vegetation but still close to the old town and and the sea and beaches with the beautiful view on the old town Rovinj.

Villa has outside pool and airconditioning in all bedrooms and can welcome up to 6 persons. In two bedrooms there are queen size beds and in one bedroom there's possibility to separate queen size bed to 2 single beds (bedroom with TV).
Kitchen has dishwasher, oven, electric and gas stove and microwave. Also water heater, coffee machine, filter coffee, mocha and toaster.
Outside bathroom has washing machine. Living room has SAT/SMART TV which you can turn locations depends on your sitting area.

After a long day at the old city center that is just on 15 min walking distance (great to avoid center parking places since they are hard to find during the summer season) or a good swimm at the beach just 200m from the apartment, you can relax on our lovely terrace with outside pool and a grill with your family. Outside shower, toilet and a sink are also there for more comfortable time while spending time at the terrace/pool.
