Central Seattle Haven: Perfect for Family Visits

This place is right in the middle of Seattle with everything you need for a great stay. Lonnie, our host, gave us clear info, so checking in and out was super easy. The place was spotless and had all we needed to cook a meal. I'll definitely tell my family to stay here next time they visit Seattle.

7 of us stayed in this clean, comfortable home during our Seattle visit. We weren’t at the home much since we were visiting National Parks and all that Seattle has to offer, but when we were at the house, it met our needs perfectly. The host was detailed and thorough, and replied promptly to any questions we had. We would stay here again.

Great house, great host!

Lonnie was great with communication. The house is as photos show and the beds were comfortable. We had sufficient supplies in the kitchen, for bedding, etc. The location is tucked into a neighborhood with a lot of options for food nearby of all cuisines and cost levels. Seward Park, nearby, was a great day visit. Absolutely recommend!

This house was absolutely beautiful! It is exactly as it looks in the photos. Everything was spotless. We stayed for one week and had 9 adults and one baby and there was more than enough room. We were in Seattle for my daughter’s wedding, and this house made it stress free for us since we always knew we had a comfortable place to come home to. Lonnie was very responsive and always checked in via the app to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to Seattle!

Great, well-set up house in a very mixed neighborhood just off Ranier - 3 blocks from mansions and 3 blocks from unhoused folks. The immediate area seemed very safe and accessible to key shopping (Safeway, etc). We held family Thanksgiving for us two parents and 4 adult children (one couldn’t take time off so we came to him). House had excellent layout and plenty of sleeping room - we had six adults and could have accommodated a couple more people. Nice tech setup, pool table, games and puzzles. Good washer/dryer. Well equipped kitchen. 15 minute drive to downtown and waterfront. Hilly but easy walk to parks on Lake Washington. Overall an EXCELLENT family vacation rental. We hope to return in the future.

We had a couple minor issues and Lonnie was quick to respond to our needs. He even sent over chocolate chip cookies! Our group consisted of Pickleball referees in town for a tournament. We needed a bed to sleep and a kitchen for coffee and heating left overs. The house was in a nice residential area and was quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes bowls and utensils. The only downside to having 5 adults in the house was everyone having showers and the hot water being depleted before everyone had theirs. It was very comfortable and we look to stay here again when we travel back to Seattle.

I'm the kind of person who constantly dreams of conquering the great outdoors, but ends up tangled in the tent ropes. If paddle boarding were an Olympic sport, I'd be the reigning champion of hilarious wipeouts!

I'm also the self-proclaimed "Fun Uncle Extraordinaire." That means I've mastered the art of dad jokes, bedtime stories with questionable plot twists, and the ability to make kids laugh until milk comes out of their noses!

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with the Seward Park area for its peaceful, tree-lined streets, friendly neighborhood feel, and easy access to the best of Seattle. Nestled near the shores of Lake Washington, it offers a unique mix of natural beauty and urban convenience. The park itself is a local gem—perfect for morning walks, lake views, and spotting bald eagles. Plus, it's just a short drive to downtown, making it an ideal home base whether you're here to explore the city or just relax and recharge. We chose this spot because it truly feels like a getaway within the city—and we think you’ll love it too.

What makes this property unique

Welcome to your ultimate home base in Seattle! This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom getaway (including a master ensuite) comfortably sleeps up to 12 and is packed with everything you need for fun, work, and relaxation. Whether you're shooting pool, dominating on the NBA Jam arcade, or streaming your favorite shows on one of three big-screen TVs, there's something for everyone here.

Enjoy a fully loaded kitchen perfect for group meals, a dedicated office with blazing-fast internet for remote work, and a fenced backyard deck ideal for BBQs or letting the pup play (yes, we're pet-friendly with a fee!). You're just minutes from beautiful Seward Park, the airport, and the light rail for easy access to downtown.

Perfect for families, groups, or remote workers who want comfort, convenience, and fun — all in one place.
