It is very important to follow instructions regarding keeping our home cool when we experience air temperatures. This is clearly outlined in check-in instructions that were sent prior to arrival.

Great rental for our large family group. A few mattresses need replacing, some were brand new and very comfortable. In fact, when we returned home, I purchased a mattress like the one we used in your house. The host was quick to answer our questions and observations. Beautiful views.

Property is conveniently distanced from the busy Seattle city, while still close enough for a quick drive into the city for a nice dinner or two during the stay. Highly recommend!

This house was amazing and provided everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the appliances are awesome. Everyone in our group was totally impressed not only with the location (Lake WA) but also with how comfortable and inviting the house was for our gathering. The view from the balconies is spectacular. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The host was gracious and very responsive to all of our communications. You will certainly be glad if you stay at Bella Vita. We are already starting to plan our next stay at this house.

Beautiful lake view with a large living area was definitely comfortable staying at the house. Although there was a fireplaces but didn’t know how to turned it on. No instructions can be found. It would have been better if it worked. Especially the weather was still cold at times.

Beautiful Property

Hosted a group here for a birthday party and could not have picked a better location. The house is beautiful with sweeping views of Lake Washington as you enter and a great entertaining area by the water. Will definitely be back.

Terrific Family Reunion

Cheryl was outstanding to work with regarding communication, and the house was perfect for our family. The grandchildren loved staying together in the room with several twin beds. The kitchen has numerous items that made food preparation easy. The deck and view were lovely. We could not have found a better place for our family reunion.
