Este condominio panorámico de dos dormitorios y dos baños con vista al mar y a la playa se encuentra en una esquina exterior con vista al océano, la playa, el puerto deportivo y la playa del puerto. Es equivalente a estar cuatro pisos sobre el suelo debajo. Puede elegir simplemente recostarse en la cama y ver los veleros, los surfistas y los que se encuentran en la playa de arena.

We will stay again. It was a perfect location within the complex. We loved the pool and Jacuzzi. And it was a short walk to the beach. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The views of the ocean was so awesome and relaxing. Frank was a great host.

what you see in the pictures is what you get. So many listings dont really show the view you get from the windows of the place but this listing is pretty spot on. We loved the view and checkin was painless. Really, what you see in the pictures is what you get. Only real issue didnt have anything to do with the place or owner, it was the tail end of a heat wave and since this place didnt have an AC, the first night there was just miserable. Maybe having a portable AC for use would have made this a 10 out of 10 stay.

We’ve stayed in this condo complex the last few years in a 1BR but having two kids needed a bit more space and switched to this unit.First off the complex is great. Right on the beach, a large pool in the middle, a large family jacuzzi and then an adults only jacuzzi. There is a duck/koi pond, a pretty solid gym, lots of flowers, etc. We may never summer vacation anywhere else; we’ve been there 5 years in a row now.For the unit itself, it was great. Ocean views in every window and the balcony, the kitchen had all the basics you need to cook, beds were reasonably comfortable. Checking in and out was easy. Overall it was a great room and we’ll probably be coming back to it next year if the dates and availability line up right.

Frank, the host, was very accommodating when meeting us for check in due to a delayed flight. The place has great views from the deck. There’s an awesome pool within the community and a koi pond where you can feed the fish. Our kids loved both. It’s easy to get to the beach and there are toys, towels, and boogie boards in the rental. Frank also coordinated with our babyquip rental hosts to deliver and pick up our gear. Very appreciative of his hospitality. The place is a bit dated, but we didn’t mind. Perfect place for our family of 4.

Great Location

Just as described. Very close to downtown Oceanside and even closer to the beach. Nice Gym, hot tub and pool. My daughter her friend and I stayed for 4 days. Had plenty of room and comfy beds.

Outstanding views

We loved it. Special occasions for each of us. Aging meant for us so many quiet times on the balcony looking directly to the ocean. This was the real treat. The apartment was as described, well stocked and with a personal orientation .by the owner.

Covid Getaway

The location was excellent, the apartment was in a great location. The complex looked great, with lots of greenery and a river that runs through it, but staying to ourselves we didn't get to enjoy it like we would have liked. The apartment could use a little updating, but we were very satisfied. Frank, I'd update your photo's, they don't do the property justice.

Glad you enjoyed your stay even with the Covid restrictions. I've wanted to respond to say thank you. We have been working on change outs. Currently the pool appointment system is discontinued as I write this. We're not that tech savy and have always leaned on the best to be humble side; however, we are trying to upload photos that show an appropriate representation but difficult with all the window back light. Patio great view. Big enough for 4 people.

Beautiful place. Better than we thought. Kitchen small. Bedrooms really big. Good size living room. Kitchen chairs wood, would have liked seat cushion. Not comfortable living room furniture. Needs a xtra end table. Queen bed very good. Loved the sound of the ocean from bedrooms and living room.

Frank is a kind person and good communicator. The listing is very accurate regarding location and amenities. The space of the unit was more than enough for a vacation home. While regular maintenance has been kept up, this unit has not seen any updates for at least 20 years. The antique bedroom furnishings are beautiful, but the mattresses are far past peak comfort level. Loved the gas fireplace in the living room. The furnishings were not the most comfortable for cozy movie viewing. No SmartTV available to stream your own content.

Nice and comfortable Condo

We have enjoyed staying at this condo. Comfortable beds, and other furniture. There is more than enough bath and beach towels, beach chairs an umbrella. We have cooked breakfasts, the kitchen is equipped wit all basic things for cooking. The complex gardens are amazing, I would say it looks like you are in Hawaii, And ocean view from the balcony and from each room is just as beautiful, you can watch sunset from the balcony. We really appreciate Frank letting us to check in earlier. He is so cooperative and friendly, taking a good care of his property. Our family would definitely stay at this place again.

Check in was easy. Owner or manager met us at the entrance with the keys. He was punctual. The view was amazing. Loved the beach. A great boogie boarding beach. Proximity and access to the beach 10/10The condo itself was older with slightly sloping floors, tile kitchen counters and tables. But it was comfortable. There’s a tv in the living room and queen bedroom with cable and a dvd player. There were also dozens of DVDs there. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. One with a tub and one with a shower.What I most liked were having the beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, toys, and all the kitchen pans I needed. Brought our own dishwasher soap. Didn’t end up doing laundry as the laundry facilities were in a different building. Plenty of towels. parking was super easy! No A/C and it got hot from 3-6pm. We made sure to be gone during that time. Frank was generous. We really enjoyed our time there.

Great views at G225

Surprisingly great views for the G building. Front corner of G building which is mostly in the back of the complex but our condo overlooked the cottages. Not the most comfortable and a little short on amenities such as dishwasher detergent, pillows and decor. They have a desk where my son planned to work (IT) but only had a stool for it. Not the most comfortable beds. My adult daughter couldn’t sleep on the twin (back problems) and had to switch to the saggy pullout in the living room.

Great View but the rest was only serviceable.

Start with the positive, the location and view was incredible. The complex is very nice but showing signs of aging along with the condo. This is hard because I know many guest who would be very happy with the basic accommodations. Unfortunately I am not one of them. I like to be WOWED when I walk into the door. I put this on me because there is a reason they do not have very any pictures to view. The reason for the two on cleanliness is due to a dirty towel left hanging in the closet and very small ants in the bathtub area. Overall I know this unit will work for a vast majority of people.

I am sorry this was not a good fit for you. On occasion ants may appear. I would have addressed the issue if I was notified. I wasn't aware of it until this review. I would have responded and removed the towel if I had known. I'm not sure why it was there. North Coast Village is a peninsular complex jutting into the sand on 3 sides making the entire complex occasionally susceptible to ants unfortunately; especially ground floor condos; they can make it up to our level as you apparently found. We all try to be proactive and it's helpful to know if some are seen. I regularly engage professional pest control services for ants through management's program. Management is very proactive in handling onsite repairs and upgrades especially as the spring/summer seasons approach. Beach locations have to keep on top of the continual beach weather related projects as do we. We make change outs as needed and wasn't aware it was thought of in the manner you described. Again, I am sorry this was not a good fit for you and hope your future travels wow you.

The location and amenities at North Coast Village can't be beat. We loved the ocean views from the balcony and windows. Beds, linens, and towels were all good. Frank was great about our check in and making sure we were settled. The condo could definitely use some updates, and it's not the most private unit, but the price was right. Thanks for the great stay.

Oceanside

You will not find a better place to take your family. It’s just that much nicer when you have an owner like ours to work with. This was our fourth visit. We will be back next year.

Perfection!

So pleased with our stay in August 2021! The unit was clean, and comfortable and the property was absolutely gorgeous! Amazing ocean view! I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back! Thanks Frank!

Perfect for the price

Great location. View of the beach from the balcony. Lush vegetation, pools, koi pond. Comfortably furnished. Will definitely return.

Glad to see you liked the extensive tropical grounds and our swimming pools. The koi fish are a fun surprise and like guest with quarters so they can be fed from the dispenser. Look forward to hosting your family on a future beach trip.

Great beach view and location in San Diego County. The only beachfront condo complex I'm aware of in southern California with 13 acres of lush grounds, gardens, water features, wonderful amenities, all hidden behind gates with so much nearby.

There are many wonderful condos here.
This particular condo, being an outside corner condo, sited where it is, allows terrific views from all of the windows and the balcony. The condo's ocean facing orientation and higher elevation permits the breeze straightaway. There are secondary windows on the additional outside wall allowing plenty of ocean and marina related views, great natural light, and good ventilation in all of the rooms.
