Initial bath soap, shampoo, and toiletries are complimentary on check-in.

Guests will have access to the charming infinity swimming pool, a convenience store and an international ATM all located within the building.

Private Mactan Newtown Beach
Open Daily (7AM - 6PM)
Adult: P350.00 per person
Children (under 6 yrs. old) free of charge.

An accommodating reception greets guests in the lobby. Building security personnel are courteous and helpful.

I respond to inquiries in less than 24 hours. Once the book is made, my team and I will keep in close contact before, during and after the stay to ensure that guests have a comfortable, and hassle-free stay.

Cebu Philippines is a lovely country with a beautiful oceanic and mountainous scenery.

Exceptional Value with Reliable Internet

Absolutely loved my stay in this charming place! Impeccably clean and a perfect home away from home. WiFi is good. We’re able to do video calls and conference online without a problem. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay! Worth the price.

Great Location, Great Beach

The location is nice - away from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding community, clean, covered sidewalks, and access to the beach - which is beautiful, with warm clear water, and shaded areas. The beach sand is mixed in with rounded rocks, so beach shoes make it easier to navigate entering the water. The pools at the condo complex are also nice - with a pool for adults, two just for children of different heights, and a general swimming pool - open 7 am to 6 pm.
