Este retiro es perfecto para parejas y familias pequeñas que tienen el deseo de alejarse de todo. Ven a una de las últimas comunidades de playa que aún ofrece la sensación de un pueblo pequeño. Somos conocidos como la "playa más segura del mundo". A solo 12 millas al sur de Santa Bárbara y a 90 millas al norte de Los Ángeles. ¡Una combinación ganadora de ubicación, calidad y precio!

¿Por qué quedarse en un hotel / motel, o en los suburbios que se parecen a cualquier otro, cuando puede disfrutar del ambiente relajado de una comunidad de playa, con el olor del océano, a menos de una cuadra de la playa?

El condominio está ubicado en la tranquila zona de Carpinteria, a pocos pasos de la playa, el santuario de aves, los restaurantes y las tiendas del centro, incluido nuestro propio mercado local de agricultores. Lo remodelamos en septiembre de 2010, así que sea uno de los primeros en disfrutar de esta unidad. Deje atrás su automóvil y las preocupaciones relacionadas con el tráfico / estacionamiento. Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just fantastic, we walked into town with our 10 month old each morning for coffee and breakfast. Really really nice staying right in the heart of downtown and one block from the beach. The upstairs was pretty hot during our stay but the entire coast was experiencing a heat wave and there isn’t much to be done about that. Mark reached out and mentioned he had purchased a window AC unit which I think will really help. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark!

We have had an unusual heat wave in S CA and most places along the coast do not have AC. We are going to place a windowless Portable AC unit upstairs and this will help to cool down the space when needed.

Everything was straight forward and accurate. All needed amenities were there, perfect for a stay one short block to the beach. It probably is "the best deal in Carpinteria," a small funky town nestled along 101 between Ocean and mountains.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had all that we needed for preparing our own meals. The beach and park were in walking distance down the street. We love the beach town of Carpinteria.

Host had everything sent over before we arrived, the location was awesome we were a few min from the beach and also to the town. We had everything we needed at the condo. It was also a very cute condo. Would definitely recommend for a small party of 3.

We rented this condo for my daughter and her husband. It was clean, so cute and had everything they needed for their stay. It was one block from the beach (condo had beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag etc) and a short walk to Linden in Carpinteria. The salt marsh is close, and we watched the rocket launch from Vandenberg from that great vantage point. The owner was very good at communicating and quick to answer any questions via returned texts. I appreciated that more than he will know! He also let the kids enter early, which was appreciated since my daughter is pregnant and had been up early for a long flight. (thank you again!)We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the area! Lovely!!!

Great beach getaway!

This place was great for a little weekend away with our small family. Everything we needed was provided, and we were walking distance to the beach, playground, shops, and restaurants. The complex is quiet too and parking and accessibility was very easy. We would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here. It had a full refrigerator, a nice living space, dining space, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and we loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Mark provided all the info. needed for our relaxing vacation. We would stay here again.

Clean & cozy, with everything we needed for our week long stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. My husband especially liked the "nook" under the stairs for reading. Minutes from the beach and town to many good restaurants and live music. Sunsets were gorgeous! Carp is a clean, quiet, and friendly town, with easy access to the freeway. Mark, the host, was very responsive, and the check - in process was seamless. I would recommend this property to a couple and a young child for an awesome stay in Carp!

Carpinteria is one of the last low-key beach towns in California... Barbara is correct that our place is great for a couple or a couple with one child. This is why we keep it to 3 people at the most...

We really enjoyed this smartly appointed condo, a block from the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and complete. Nice complete kitchen, the best bed ever and we loved the big thick bath towels. The condo grounds are beautifully kept. Carpinteria is a quaint yet hopping little town, great eatery selections, farmers market and shopping all within walking distance. Our hosts were most informative. We loved this place!

The lovely duplex was perfect for us. We cooked meals, took long beach walks and shopped in Carpenterias Main Street. All within walking distance. A lovely place for a recharge and rest. .

Wonderful location and communication

Our recent stay at Mark's property was probably the best VRBO experience we have had. The property better than listed and Mark was extra helpful with local suggestions. The area was quiet and right next to the beach and within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. It was also great to have reasonable check in and check out times. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Love Carp!

VRBO is a great location in Carp - just about a block from the beach where we celebrated the solstice! The apartment was well maintained and clean. Walked to bookstore, restaurants and shopping! Missing it already.
