Denna reträtt är perfekt för par och små familjer som vill komma bort från allt. Kom till en av de sista strandgrupperna som fortfarande erbjuder den lilla stadskänslan. Vi är kända som "världens säkraste strand". Bara 12 mil söder om Santa Barbara och 90 mil norr om LA. En vinnande kombination av plats, kvalitet och pris!

Varför stanna på ett hotell / Motell eller förorter som ser ut som alla andra när du kan sola dig i den avslappnade atmosfären i ett Beach-community, med lukten av havet, mindre än ett kvarter till stranden?

Andelslägenheten ligger i det lugna området i Carpinteria, bara några steg från stranden, fågelreservatet, restauranger och butiker i centrum, inklusive vår egen lokala bondemarknad. Vi ombyggde i september 2010, så var en av de första som gillade den här enheten. Lämna din bil och tillhörande trafik / parkeringsproblem bakom. Vi erbjuder även parkering utanför gatan.

Short stroll to the beach, to The Spot, Island Brewing, and Linden St. The condo is comfortable and homey with everything we needed. Great host, great little place, looking forward to coming back soon.

This is such a hidden jewel. I hesitate to write such a good review because I want to keep it secret. But truly, it was such a wonderful place for us to visit. We live in town so we had a little staycation and it was just perfect. Mark was so great and easy to communicate with. We loved our place and it was walking distance to everything. It made a gathering we had at the beach so wonderful because we were able to run back-and-forth, if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again.

We've stayed at many places in Carpinteria over the years...this one was one of the best! Close to beach, super clean, affordable and has everything you need. Mark was very quick to respond to any questions. The condo is a perfect place as its walkable to town.BTW... Carpintieria recently opened "Linden Square" - a great venue with restaurants and outdoor seating. Such a great addition to the town (although we love all the other restaurants too).We definitely will be back!

Everything was straight forward and accurate. All needed amenities were there, perfect for a stay one short block to the beach. It probably is "the best deal in Carpinteria," a small funky town nestled along 101 between Ocean and mountains.

We had an incredible time during our stay in Carpinteria. This was truly a jewel and the location was excellent. The beach was a two minute walk and the Spot was a five minute walk. Our bedroom had a street view and also allowed the cool ocean breeze at night.We also enjoyed the information we received from the host. Our communication was really good and all the instructions for the WiFi and remotes were laid out well We also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable for the proximity of the ocean. We would highly recommend this listing for a great stay in Carp!!!!! Be back soon!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just fantastic, we walked into town with our 10 month old each morning for coffee and breakfast. Really really nice staying right in the heart of downtown and one block from the beach. The upstairs was pretty hot during our stay but the entire coast was experiencing a heat wave and there isn’t much to be done about that. Mark reached out and mentioned he had purchased a window AC unit which I think will really help. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark!

We have had an unusual heat wave in S CA and most places along the coast do not have AC. We are going to place a windowless Portable AC unit upstairs and this will help to cool down the space when needed.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had all that we needed for preparing our own meals. The beach and park were in walking distance down the street. We love the beach town of Carpinteria.

Great beach getaway!

This place was great for a little weekend away with our small family. Everything we needed was provided, and we were walking distance to the beach, playground, shops, and restaurants. The complex is quiet too and parking and accessibility was very easy. We would love to stay here again!

We loved staying here. It had a full refrigerator, a nice living space, dining space, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and we loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Mark provided all the info. needed for our relaxing vacation. We would stay here again.

Clean & cozy, with everything we needed for our week long stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. My husband especially liked the "nook" under the stairs for reading. Minutes from the beach and town to many good restaurants and live music. Sunsets were gorgeous! Carp is a clean, quiet, and friendly town, with easy access to the freeway. Mark, the host, was very responsive, and the check - in process was seamless. I would recommend this property to a couple and a young child for an awesome stay in Carp!

Carpinteria is one of the last low-key beach towns in California... Barbara is correct that our place is great for a couple or a couple with one child. This is why we keep it to 3 people at the most...
