Bedste tilbud i Carpinteria!

Denne tilbagetog er perfekt til par og små familier, der ønsker at komme væk fra det hele. Kom til et af de sidste strandfællesskaber, der stadig byder på den lille byfølelse. Vi er kendt som 'Verdens sikreste strand'. Bare 20 km syd for Santa Barbara og 90 km nord for LA. En vindende kombination af placering, kvalitet og pris!

Hvorfor bo på et hotel / motel eller de forstæder, der ligner alle andre, når du kan nyde en afslappet atmosfære i et strandsamfund med duften af havet, mindre end en blok til stranden?

Condo er beliggende i det rolige afsnit i Carpinteria, kun få skridt væk fra stranden, Bird Sanctuary, Dining og downtown butikker, inklusive vores eget lokale landmændsmarked. Vi ombyggede i september 2010, så vær en af de første til at nyde denne enhed. Efterlad din bil og de dertil knyttede bekymringer om trafik / parkering. Vi tilbyder endda parkering uden gade.

Short stroll to the beach, to The Spot, Island Brewing, and Linden St. The condo is comfortable and homey with everything we needed. Great host, great little place, looking forward to coming back soon.

We've stayed at many places in Carpinteria over the years...this one was one of the best! Close to beach, super clean, affordable and has everything you need. Mark was very quick to respond to any questions. The condo is a perfect place as its walkable to town.BTW... Carpintieria recently opened "Linden Square" - a great venue with restaurants and outdoor seating. Such a great addition to the town (although we love all the other restaurants too).We definitely will be back!

We had an incredible time during our stay in Carpinteria. This was truly a jewel and the location was excellent. The beach was a two minute walk and the Spot was a five minute walk. Our bedroom had a street view and also allowed the cool ocean breeze at night.We also enjoyed the information we received from the host. Our communication was really good and all the instructions for the WiFi and remotes were laid out well We also appreciated that the pricing was reasonable for the proximity of the ocean. We would highly recommend this listing for a great stay in Carp!!!!! Be back soon!

Everything was straight forward and accurate. All needed amenities were there, perfect for a stay one short block to the beach. It probably is "the best deal in Carpinteria," a small funky town nestled along 101 between Ocean and mountains.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The location is just fantastic, we walked into town with our 10 month old each morning for coffee and breakfast. Really really nice staying right in the heart of downtown and one block from the beach. The upstairs was pretty hot during our stay but the entire coast was experiencing a heat wave and there isn’t much to be done about that. Mark reached out and mentioned he had purchased a window AC unit which I think will really help. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Mark!

We have had an unusual heat wave in S CA and most places along the coast do not have AC. We are going to place a windowless Portable AC unit upstairs and this will help to cool down the space when needed.

The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had all that we needed for preparing our own meals. The beach and park were in walking distance down the street. We love the beach town of Carpinteria.

Great beach getaway!

This place was great for a little weekend away with our small family. Everything we needed was provided, and we were walking distance to the beach, playground, shops, and restaurants. The complex is quiet too and parking and accessibility was very easy. We would love to stay here again!

We rented this condo for my daughter and her husband. It was clean, so cute and had everything they needed for their stay. It was one block from the beach (condo had beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag etc) and a short walk to Linden in Carpinteria. The salt marsh is close, and we watched the rocket launch from Vandenberg from that great vantage point. The owner was very good at communicating and quick to answer any questions via returned texts. I appreciated that more than he will know! He also let the kids enter early, which was appreciated since my daughter is pregnant and had been up early for a long flight. (thank you again!)We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the area! Lovely!!!

Clean & cozy, with everything we needed for our week long stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. My husband especially liked the "nook" under the stairs for reading. Minutes from the beach and town to many good restaurants and live music. Sunsets were gorgeous! Carp is a clean, quiet, and friendly town, with easy access to the freeway. Mark, the host, was very responsive, and the check - in process was seamless. I would recommend this property to a couple and a young child for an awesome stay in Carp!

We really enjoyed this smartly appointed condo, a block from the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and complete. Nice complete kitchen, the best bed ever and we loved the big thick bath towels. The condo grounds are beautifully kept. Carpinteria is a quaint yet hopping little town, great eatery selections, farmers market and shopping all within walking distance. Our hosts were most informative. We loved this place!
