Big 3 bedrooms in Ipanema 130 m² with accomodation for 8 people (can be 9 person with dependence room), near the beach and the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, and the metro area.

Wonderful

Lucia is an amazing host , everything just worked perfectly ! The apartment was spotless when we arrived . We stayed a week and felt at home all the time . The apartment's location is very convenient, close to bars, restaurants, shops and markets. I can not be happier with our stay in Rio !

O apto é realmente igual ao que está na foto e na descrição, tem uma vista da comunidade mas não nos atrapalhou em absolutamente nada. Localização excelente. A Lúcia foi super atenciosa e estava sempre a disposição quando eu precisava de alguma informação. Nota 10 super indico, muito prestativa, além de ter outros apartamentos com o mesmo nível de conforto. Adoreiii

Fui ao Rio à trabalho e não me arrependi de ter me hospedado no apartamento da Lucia. O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos, espaçoso e acomodou todos muito bem. As camas são muito confortáveis e roupas de camas limpas e cheirosas. A localização é muito boa. A Rua Farme de Amoedo tem muitos bares, restaurantes, farmácia, padaria... enfim tudo que precisamos esta em apenas uma quadra. Obrigada Lúcia por tudo. Recomendo!

Apartamento bem espaçoso, limpo e confortável. Prédio muito seguro. Localização muito boa. Tem tudo o que precisa nas proximidades ! Havia algumas benfeitorias sendo realizadas no imóvel, porém não atrapalharam em nada e certamente, ao término, deixarão o apartamento ainda melhor. A proprietária é muito atenciosa e gentil, colaborando para uma ótima estada. Para alguns, do apartamento não há uma boa vista. O que não alterou em nada nossa viagem ! Enfim, só temos a agradecer a atenção e disponibilidade da proprietária Lúcia em nos atender ! Em nome de toda família, recomendo !

Otimo!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at your apartment. Lucia offered excellent hospitality, was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. Overall it was a great experience. The apartment is very much as described and was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything worked well and it was great to have a washing machine. We had no problem with the view of the favela, but the music in the evenings and dogs barking in the morning were a bit of a nuisance, but nothing major. The area around the apartment is fantastic, just a short walk from many good restaurants, subway, grocery stores, and only 10 minute walk to the beach. The security at the apartment is excellent. We will definitely contact you again should our family stay in Rio in the future.

Bom dia amigos, esse apartamento e muito bom, boa localização, roupas de camas novas, excelente piso de taco, banheiro grande, para mim atendeu minha necessidade quer era sair o dia todo e ir no apartamento somente para dormir, o único ponto que não gostei foi a vista da janela não e boa.

A minha estadia no apartamento foi muito boa. O apartamento tem excelentes condições. A sala e bem espaçosa e a cozinha super bem equipada. Está situado num local calmo, tranquilo, e de fácil acesso. A localização do apartamento realmente é definitivamente uma vantagem. Localizado num dos melhor bairros do Rio de Janeiro, com todas as facilidades por perto, entre eles, banco, supermercado, comércio (lojas de utilidades, lojas de roupa, calçado, lojas de desporto, restaurantes), bem como farmácias e academia (smartfit e bodytech). Muito proximo da lago (5 minutos a pé, 3 de bicicleta) e também muito próximo da praia (5 minutos a pé). A minha classificação é de 5 estrelas.

VERY.. VERY good place

We stayed in Lucia's apartment during of the 2014 World Cup. It was a excellent experience! And the hostess is the best. The apartment is roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen has every thing you might want. The air conditioning works very well. Very good location with very friendly building staff. Great restaurants nearby. Much cheaper than hotel rooms in the same location. I would certainly return. Thank you Lucia for everything and I hope to have an excuse to visit your beautiful city and your apartment in the near future!! Ipanema is fantastic.

Confortável apartamento

I rented this apartment with my family during the December, we had a great time there! Overall, the apartment is well located (near Street Farme the Amoedo), and near lots of restaurants & bars. For once, the apartment looks like the pictures, which is a good thing. Lucia is a good host, she helped us on several manners and gave us a special week when we arrived! sou Italiano e ja aluguei esse apartamento por temporada. O apartamento è maravilhoso e fica num lindo bairro perto da praia, lugares, ristorantes.
