Whether you’re traveling for work or looking for a place to relax, this would be your best choice.. luxury of 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. A large play area with a large bouncy house for the little ones and an air hockey table for all ages. A very spacious kitchen with an eating area that will sit everyone comfortably. A walk out patio that you can enjoy grilling or just relax in the sun while others enjoy the outdoor trampoline, volleyball net, children swings and a bonfire pit.. “we recently updated the property with a full body message chair”. 10 minute drive to Koontz lake for great fishing spots or 15 min drive to culver lake for the beach and swimming as well as local restaurants, ice-cream and bars.. 25 minute drive to Tippecanoe River for floating, kayaking and canoeing. Tippecanoe also has kayak and canoe rentals available! 10 minutes to Swan Lake for golfing and more . We offer a concierge service as long as you inform us at time of booking. Large coolers not allowed in side the house please leave them outside on the patio. FYI: Owners live in the Bardominium far back of the property

The host was responsive and easy to work with. The property was spacious and met our needs. Everything was clean, and there were adequate supplies for the kitchen and house. The only issue we encountered was one room is listed as having a king and twin bed, but the twin 'bed' is only a mattress that is stored in the closet.

My only negative feedback is the strong sulfur smell of the shower water, otherwise beautiful property.

I would have to disagree.. We have the water tested couple of times a year and it always came back sulfur free. House water does run through a water softener due to higher levels of iron. But I totally get it for someone that’s not used to softener systems. Water may feel different such as soft and free of harsh chemicals. We appreciate your feedback and glad that you enjoy your stay!🤗

Family Wedding Weekend

We came to town for our niece’s wedding and needed a big house for our families that was in a good location. This place delivered! It was large enough for our family, had activities for the kids and was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing find, perfect for family gathering

This is an amazing property, both indoors and outdoors, just as advertised. It is a very spacious house with room for our four families to come together and still have our own spaces. There are lots of bedroom options with a common large kitchen, dining, and living area. Huge bonus was the rec room with air hockey and an inflatable house - all isolated from the rest of the house for sound reasons. Very much enjoyed by the kids! Outdoor options include a large deck, fire pit, trampoline, and a large lawn, but we mostly did not take advantage of them. The property is isolated on a side road, but surprisingly convenient from the highway. The owner was very responsive for anything we needed. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious property! The house was very clean upon arrival, and there was plenty of room for our large group. Each bedroom, except for two that shared a bathroom, had an en suite, which was very convenient. The living areas were comfortable for everyone to relax and enjoy, and the entertainment amenities were a nice touch.The host was responsive and quick to address any issues, making the experience even more enjoyable.A few things to note: the listing doesn’t mention that there are other residents on the property, which was a surprise. Also, the entire space is on the second floor, so it could be challenging for those with mobility issues or for carrying heavy bags up the stairs. The layout has the playroom at the top of the stairs, which could be risky for young kids running back and forth. A baby gate in this area would be helpful.Lastly, the shower in the shared bathroom was very slippery and leaked, making it slightly dangerous to use. It would be great if this could be addressed.Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it, especially for larger groups. Just be mindful of the stairs, layout, and shower if traveling with small kids or anyone with mobility issues.

Therefore we decided to share our beautiful farm with all that need a relaxed getaway, from a city life.
We occasionally occupy lower floor of the home as well as the large barn in the back of the house.
