The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Start wash load of all used towels.
Put all trash in the trash bin.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes allowed inside the house. Only events approved by host will be allowed. No parties. Unapproved events will be a fee of $400.
Uncommunicated and unapproved late check out will be a fee of $50 after the grace period of 11:15 am.
Additional flat sheets, throw blankets, and face towels inside the closet beside the laundry room.

A great trip and a great VRBO. My only recommendation would be to include check-out/cleaning procedures on the app, as we had an early check-out and almost left before receiving the email the morning of 11/2!

Family Birthday Party

Property was clean and well kept. Unfortunately there were no pool passes available during our stay and the dryer had stopped working just before we arrived. We could have used more paper towels and garbage bags, but we made due. It was easy to get in touch with property manager and they responded quickly. Overall, we had a great stay.
