Each guest has one free covered parking space. You acknowledge and agree that Urban at Montrose is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur to your vehicle or possessions while parked at our facilities.

This building is designated as entirely smoke-free. This policy encompasses all spaces, including private and communal rooftop areas, individual units, as well as any other public areas within the building, and the communal property, whether indoors or outdoors. Smoking is only permitted off the premises and on public property. If you are a habitual smoker and anticipate difficulties complying with this regulation, we recommend considering alternative accommodations.
