LAKEFRONT, awesome sunsets, an amazing neighborhood with loads of charm! 3BR/2BA house on secluded acre plus wooded lot. Relax on large screened-in porch with amazing lake views or in the 65-jet Hot tub built into the deck for your enjoyment!! On the main floor 2 bedrooms (king & queen) with a hall bath & laundry. The upper loft bedroom has 2 full beds & bathroom overlooking the lake. Pet-friendly w/fee fenced-in backyard with doggie ramp! Awesome location just minutes to both I-26 and I-85. Easy access to Spartanburg, Greenville, & Greer!
The space
Wifi, cable TV are provided along with 2 work areas with desks. An upgraded internet speed of 400 Mbps will allow you to successfully work, stream or educate online. Board games and books are provided for use during stay. A pack-and-play and highchair are available for use if needed. NO Smoking in the house or screen porch area. Bring Fido along but let us know the details prior to your stay, they will love all the dog-friendly features at LakingitEz. Pet fee is $100/ stay.
The house is located on a private 35-acre lake. Fishing licenses are not required to fish on the lake. Fishing poles, Jon-Boat, canoe, kayak and floating inner tubes are available for guest use. We also have an electric boat and trolling motor available for use in season with a prepaid boat fee. You may use these items AT YOUR OWN RISK! Life jackets are also provided for your use.
Guests have access to the entire house and yard.
We clean and sanitize with mostly essential oil products for your comfort and enjoyment!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Quick tournament stay

We had a 3 day volleyball tournament in the area. The house was so cute. The outside porch was my favorite spot. The girls even enjoyed the lake even though the water was cold.

Lovely Lakehouse

Beautiful house. Very clean and the host was kind and responsive. It was closer to neighbors than I thought it would be from the photos, but it was a very quiet neighborhood so it wasn’t an issue. The boats were a very fun way to pass the weekend. Highly recommended

Lucky Find for Last Minute Trip

Debbie was so helpful in accommodating me on very short notice. I couldn’t be more grateful. I barely had time to look at all the photos before booking so I was very pleased upon arrival with the home and all of its amenities — the lake view and access, the huge fenced backyard, the screened porch, the hot tub. The house had everything you could need and then some. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the area! Thank you!!!

Great little getaway.

I spent a long weekend with an old college friend who was in town for work. It was lovely to relax by the lake reading (even though it was cold, there were plenty of blankets!). When that became too chilly, we sat on the porch under the heater. The fireplace made for a nice, cozy evening on the couch watching movies. My dog was scared of the ramp to the yard, so unfortunately, that highly anticipated amenity was of no use, but that's on my old girl. I would certainly recommend it.

Laking it Easy was Not So Easy

Sadly, our stay was disappointing.... The Bad: 1.The fireplace did not work (the remote was broken- the manual control needed new batteries- the extra batteries were all dead..... 2.The jacuzzi looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 2005...(No way were we getting in THAT)... 3. The "clean" bed had a wooden coffee stirrer entwined in the sheets.... 4. Accumulated bug carcasses in the bedroom light fixture... 5.The shower rod with the shower curtain kept falling down in the main bathroom.... 6. We looked under the furniture....... 7. Coffee grounds from a previous guest? were left in the coffee maker.... The Good: 1. Nice location. 2. Quiet neighborhood. 3. Large refrigerator (and it was clean)... 4. Washer and Dryer (we washed our sheets and towels as requested by the host) 5. Big outdoor trash bins (we took out our trash as requested by the host) Overall, it would have been a nice stay if the bad issues were taken care of....We were disheartened because we spent alot of money to stay at this location- and the description was not honest and accurate.
