BlueTopia home is a Caribbean oasis located in the private gated community of Old Bahama Bay Resort on Grand Bahama Island in one of the oldest fishing towns in all of the Bahamas (West End).  

This NEWER immaculately maintained and beautifully decorated home boasts a new Trex 70ft dock & fish cleaning station.  New Dock Pedastal has 50, 30 & 20-amp shore power pedestal and fits boat up to 65ft with 6ft draft. Lots of undersea entertainment at dock; sharks, bone fish, turtles, squid, star fish, octopus, parrot fish and much, much more! We are only minutes away from world class fishing, deep dropping & snorkeling/diving. Home is equipped with whole house back-up power generator and water pressure booster pump for enjoyable showers.

Two story reverse living with 4 split bedrooms, 4 full baths & new fancy outside shower, PRIVATE POOL, Ocean and Water views from EVERY room including the four huge balconies. Two master bedroom ensuites, one on 1st floor (queen bed), one on 2nd floor (king bed).  Guest bedrooms include one on 1st floor (2 twin beds) and one on 2nd floor (queen bed).  Each floor has big screen 4k TV with Netflix, YouTube & high-speed Wi-Fi internet. Foosball machine. Outdoor speakers. Pool lounge chairs & big tire bicycles.

This home sits on a unique lot located near Settlement Point which allows you to experience the Atlantic Ocean and breath-taking panoramic views from both the front and back of the house.

We are conveniently close to Custom’s check in, Fuel Dock, Fishing, Restaurant, Private Airport, Tennis/Pickleball, Marina and Golf Cart rentals. Guest have use of many of the amenities at Old Bahama Bay Resort including infinity pool, beach access with hammocks, lounge chairs, paddle boards, pingpong, shuffleboard, cornhole, playground, tiki restaurant on beach, gym and much more. BlueTopia is located 55 miles from Florida’s Palm Beach Inlet when arriving by private boat.

Freeport/Lucaya is approximately a 40-minute drive/ride to Grand Bahamas International Airport (FPO), Cruise Ship Port, Dolphin Experience where you swim and learn about them, multiple golf courses, great shopping, lots of restaurants and so much more!

For your convenience the home is equipped with outdoor propane grill and everything you need for kitchen and bathroom including dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee maker & Keurig, Lobster pot, soaps, toilet paper, kitchen cleaning supplies including dishwasher, garbage bags, laundry washer & dryer with supplies, linens and towels.

Fabulous States side accommodations might be the best way to sum up this home. If you travel to the islands much, you get accustomed to roughness around the edges. Not this home. just as you would expect in the states.

Old Bahama Bays #1 Accommodation

Matt was a 5-star host from answering any and all questions prior our arrival to checking on us to make sure we made it back home safe. The house was immaculate and exceeded all expectations. The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware, pool was clean, A/C’s and hot water worked great. The dock is brand new and we felt safe the entire time. We are looking forward to booking again in the future! If you’re looking for a 5-star accommodation in Old Bahama Bay, Bluetopia is where you want to be.

Wonderful Home & Amazing Host!

My family and I made our first trip to West End Bahamas and everything about this stay was top notch! The house was super clean and well stocked with basic essentials. We love having the private dock so close to keep our boat for fishing, snorkeling and cruising. Matt & Renee was exceptionally great host and gave us a lot of information about the home, island, restaurants etc...You cant go wrong with this place! Thanks James

Perfect Spot

Wonderful clean home with everything you need for a short or long stay in West End. Dock has everything you need for your boat, it is at the end of the canal which is nice. House has 4 perfect bedrooms. Main essentials are also there like spices, sugar, coffee machine, paper towels, toilet paper. Definitely will stay again if I am so lucky, best part was the host, life saver for me as I had a hard crossing. Always available.

Outstanding house/location

Crossed over by boat. After customs its a short idle to the house. Big spacious dock with power and water to unload supplies on. Big porches front and back to enjoy water views. All the rooms were big and spacious. 2 different tv rooms. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. The host were the best part. Very willing to help us with any questions we had. Just a text away. Glady recommend areas to fish, snorkel or eat. Thanks for a great week at the Blue Topia!!
