This tremendous property boasts 4 bedrooms, including a king bed, 2 queen beds, a bunk bed, and two full beds and three full bathrooms. The 80' boat dock can accommodate one boat up to 100' or two boats up to 40' each. Draft is 5ft at low tide and dock has two 50 amps and a 20 amp plus water. There a fish cleaning station plus a storage shed with a freezer for fish and bait.

This family-friendly home is completely furnished with all kitchen appliances, gas barbecue grill, full-sized washer and dryer plus TVs in every room and Wi-Fi. Living room comes with pull out couch. Outdoor dining for up to 12 people.
