A 15-minute walk to Western Gateway Park which hosts outdoor events throughout the summer. A 15 minute walk or quick drive to Methodist/Blank Children’s hospital.

Perfect location for Des Moines area graduation!

We stayed to celebrate a Drake graduate and had an amazing time. The location is perfect and the home is just right for a family looking to gather close to campus.

Wonderful house in central location.

This house is much bigger than it appears in pictures. It is great for families in a central location. Very clean and Lisa was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome for families!! My family of 6 fit comfortably and my kids loved playing in the basement. Location was close to downtown. The property manager was super helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again if we had to come back to Des Moines!

We really felt at home during our stay! There were nice amenities to make us feel at home. It was very helpful with young children to have a safe park, kids games/toys, and a fenced-in yard. The low key decorations were charming and helped my nerves as there wasn’t anything to get broken! Thank you for providing a clean, safe, and homey stay!

We had two young kids with us and they had a great time because there was a play room and a playground right out the front door. We walked out to that playground everyday! It was a great place for us so we could spend more time visiting with local family in the area. Convenient location to lots of local restaurants but also a very quiet neighborhood.
