Escape to a charming 2-bedroom brick cottage in Des Moines, just steps from Ingersoll Avenue! This peaceful retreat comfortably sleeps 6 and is perfect for families, couples, or business travelers. Features include a dedicated workspace, a full kitchen, and a private patio with a BBQ grill. Pet-friendly! Your cozy and convenient home base for exploring the city.

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their stay. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. While we will not be on the property during your visit, we are readily available and just a message or phone call away should you need anything at all.

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage for the duration of your stay. This includes:
A private entrance for your convenience and privacy.
The entire interior space, including two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and a bathroom.
Your own charming patio, complete with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill for sunny afternoons and evening cookouts.

Step into a bright and inviting home, thoughtfully decorated with light blue walls and warm wood accents. The comfortable living room features a full-sized sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The full kitchen includes a breakfast bar pass-through and a separate coffee bar to help you start your day right. After a busy day, unwind with a soothing soak in the bathtub.

This home comfortably accommodates your group with flexible sleeping arrangements:

We loved it. The bathroom mirror was very smeared liked cleaned with something greasy or a dirty rag. We took care of it but wanted someone to know…it looked almost smoky. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

Great place to stay. Easy check in. We were able to bring our dogs with us which was a highlight for us. Cute and cozy place. The only thing we would report is the step into the bathroom. There is a hazard strip on it to alert you going into the bathroom, but nothing to remind you of the step going out of the bathroom. Great location. Only minutes from downtown and great food
