One block from CVS and Santini Plaza, which offers many wonderful restaurants, bars, and shops. Enjoy a beautiful pool and tennis/ pickleball courts in our complex. Our fourth-floor condo offers a wonderful breeze while providing a unique view that only an island can offer. This condo offers an in-unit washer and dryer, two lanais, a pull-out couch for extra sleeping, and a covered parking spot. Walk across the street to enjoy the widest part of Fort Myers Beach to rent jet skis, chairs, and umbrellas, or go for a walk on the beach looking for shells. This beautiful Island offers bike rentals (electric or regular) and a trolley.
