Great place, great host, great location

Stayed here with some friends to watch a Cowboys game. Was just as advertised and the host (Sabin) was super accommodating and responsive. This house is really conveniently located with a lot of great places to go and restaurants to eat all within a 15-20 walk. Will definitely look to stay here again for our next trip.

Sewer backed up in the tub, coffee pot nasty, mice’s droppings, it was a terrible place. Got my money back and went to a hotel.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. However, we’d like to clarify a few things. The issue with the tub was due to our AC maintenance team, who unknowingly dumped something there while working — this was not a sewer backup. As soon as you brought it to our attention, we immediately sent our cleaning team to address it. Regarding your other concerns, we thoroughly maintain and inspect the property regularly. What you referred to as "mice droppings" was not verified, and it appears you went searching through crawl spaces, which are not guest areas. We genuinely tried to offer prompt solutions, but unfortunately, it seems nothing would have satisfied you. We strive to offer clean and comfortable stays, and while we understand not every guest may be a fit, we did our best to make things right during your visit.

Great location, nice little house

We booked this house because it was so close to globe life Stadium for my wife’s graduation from UT Arlington, which is also right next to the actual campus itself. Worked out wonderful for us since we are a larger family and didn’t want to be cooped up in a hotel room while we all get ready in our Sundays best for a graduation. Highly recommend this for anybody coming into town for UT Arlington graduation, Dallas Cowboys or Texas Rangers game. Owner was great to deal with and very responsive to any messages I sent them.
