Great place to relax in

Nicely furnished in a cool neighborhood. Close to many local restaurant recommendations. All the recommended restaurants had great food and a few not on the list also had great food. The condo had comfortable beds, a very comfortable environment with a well-equipped small kitchen – We really appreciated the Nespresso coffee and assorted teas. The concierge host was super responsive and checked on us daily via the What’s App daily. A place where we’d stay again.

Amazing 😻

Wonderful property. So very clean and well maintained. 24 hour concierge. Close to beach and downtown Tulum. Nestled on the edge of town. Amazing response time from the whole team. Helping book adventures, transportation, food recommendations. Couldn’t be happier. Rooftop pool, BBQ, large clean bathrooms, fluffy towels and every comfort imaginable. Tanis really has thought of every detail to make your stay as great as any vacation can be. We hope to return sooner than later.

So comfortable and beautiful!

This condo is in a great location, kind of between downtown and the beach road. We had a car so it wasn't a problem at all to get everywhere we wanted to go. We also walked to dinner and drinks just down the street a few nights on the trip. We loved the artwork in the condo and our favorite place to hand out was the rooftop patio and the living room! The beds were SO comfortable!!! We even emailed to ask how we can get the same toppers, I haven't slept that well in a long time. We did hear the dogs bark one night so turned on the white noise machine and that did the trick. Tanis has thought of everything you might need in the condo and was so responsive before our trip in helping us arrange quite a few day activities including helping us get a great deal on our car rental! Highly recommend this place!!!

Beautiful, cozy space in a central location

This is a special place, a calm oasis to come home to each evening and a peaceful place to start the day with coffee on the patio. Quite honestly, at least one day, we hardly left the condo, just lazed around the rooftop patio by the plunge pool. Tanis has thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The decor is top notch and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the big walk-in showers, rainfall shower heads and big fluffy towels. Everything about this place is cozy. We felt at home immediately and didn’t want to leave. The location is ideal. We didn’t rent a car but were able to walk a lot of places - downtown for tacos and street food and also in the local neighborhood for delicious breakfast, gelato and a nice dinner. We rented bikes to get to the beach and ruins using bike paths that connect town to beach. There were a few cenotes that were bikeable as well, we just ran out of time. For the farther cenotes and more broad exploring, renting a car or taking a taxi would be best and Tanis has great information to make either option incredibly easy. The warmth and hospitality shown by Tanis and her local team were remarkable. They checked in attentively by text to be sure we had everything we needed and recommendations for activities and dining were plentiful, adding an authentic touch to our journey and allowing us to experience Tulum not just as tourists, but as welcomed guests. We look forward to returning!
