Coastal Treasure - Ocean Front Home in Ocean City

Cozy up in this lovely three story in Ocean City just 7 miles north of Ocean Shores, hand-crafted home with many architectural delights. Enjoy the native decor and carvings, log bed, and stained glass windows. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed, an open loft with a queen bed and a family room with two twin beds. There are two full baths, one with a jetted Jacuzzi tub and a half bath. The living room, kitchen and dining area, and the loft bedroom all have an ocean view. You can sit around the fire in the evening and enjoy a sunsets 

There is a home made bridge that goes over the seasonal creek for beach access.  The path in front of the house heads north to the bridge. Please stay on the path and not accidentally trespass on neighboring properties.

Coastal Treasure is a charming home located in Sea View Estates, a quiet and
peaceful ocean side community with roaming wildlife and walking trails. We ask
that you to be respectful of our home, property, neighbors, and the surrounding
land by following the guidelines below:

 Maximum number of guests approved for this home is 6 (six).
 Please maintain a 10mph speed limit on all roads.
 Park on the property – 3 cars maximum. Cars parked on the road will be
towed.
 Fires are allowed on the beach only. No fires are allowed in the dunes and
Fireworks are strictly prohibited in Sea View Estates.
 Pets are not allowed on the property. Some small dogs are acceptable.
Acceptable dogs must be on a leash, under control and not barking. Please
respect the property of others by cleaning up dog droppings.
 The trail to the beach is clearly marked on the west side of this house. On
your way, you will come to a hand-built bridge over Connor Creek
maintained by a few of the community residents. Cross at your own risk.
