Very spacious house and quiet setting. We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch and watching the summer storms roll by. Would definitely consider staying here again.
This property was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood that is extremely convenient to dining, shopping, and other attractions. The hosts are very responsive and attentive. All of the comforts of our own home and more. We will be back.
My group enjoyed our stay at the house. It was comfortable for a group of adults and pictures were accurate of the space. There was room for everyone to enjoy their time together and have time apart. The back porch and back yard were awesome. It is in a convenient location to lots of things in Durham.
Beautiful home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive when needed. The pictures of home were accurate. Definitely enough space for our family. The screened in porch gave us the opportunity to spend time outside without the bugs. Even had time to use the grill. Would definitely stay here again!
Our family of 4 and another couple stayed in this beautiful home near Duke and UNC. We had all the comforts and necessities to make us feel right at home. Very clean and well stocked house with an abundance of space and plenty of Roku tv’s! Located near multiple shopping areas and a short drive to UNC for our son’s game. Wld stay here again and highly recommend.
Perfect place nestled in my local area. We celebrated my moms birthday with a girls retreat and it was plenty of space for fun and games! The home was neat and clean and has the necessary kitchen tools needed. Property management response quicklyWill refer. and return!
We had a fantastic stay at this property for our sewing retreat! The house was spacious, clean, and extremely well-equipped — perfect for a group gathering. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out with their projects, with lots of space for us to set up work tables. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the entire house had a cozy, welcoming feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together. We couldn't have asked for a better setting for our retreat. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home — we would love to stay here again!

Landscape over grown, would of been nice to have some water in fridge, beds comfortable, large kitchen, outdated overall, can fit at least a family of 5-7, charging extra for water usage and people is a little uneccessay in order to show a lower price . Of course people are going to bring more then just 2 person in a 5 bedroom house

This house is listed as a Stunning 5 BR 3 BA that sleeps 15 guests. The house only sleeps 12...floors and couches don't count. ***BEWARE*** - In fine print at the very bottom of the listing, a 15 PER GUEST PER NIGHT additional fee for more than 2 guests. Upon arrival, there was trash throughout the yard, trash and recycling cans were full, leftover rock salt from storm 2 weeks ago, leaves all over the back porch, cigarette ashes on patio table, crumbs in bunkbeds, no TV remotes for LR or Master BR, no access to garage for parking. VERY disappointed in our stay. Note- pictures are available, but no link provided.
Brad, As you know, I recently had 8 adult men, mostly retired and in our 60’s and 70’s, stay at your house for a two-night, three-day golf outing. We were very disappointed that your main family room TV had no sound. We tried several remotes and the TV itself. Plus, we could not get the second TV (upstairs) to even turn on. We tried all your suggestions: •checking all the plugs to be sure they were solidly plugged in•checking the sound button on the TV•re-setting the routerWe all have similar TV’s at home and are familiar with the technology. We were very disappointed that there was no one locally who could come help us with the problem. The eight of us left your house with the feeling that your TV’s are just down right broken. Obviously, we were all very disappointed at not being able to watch sports. Other than the TV’s, your house was very nice. The TV’s were very big black mark for us. Unless you indicate that your TV’s have been replaced, I could not recommend renting your house in the future. A simple fix for your future guests.
