Newly built 2250 Sq Ft beautiful 3 BR/2 BA executive home with an UNBELIEVABLE panoramic view of the lake, including Thompson Bay, the island, and the CA mountains. Unwind with friends and family in the resort style backyard featuring a salt water pebble tech pool and spa, fire pit, and putting green. Enjoy the best view in Havasu from the large covered patio with BBQ and ample seating for your friends and family. The sunsets from this backyard are AMAZING!

There's plenty of room for your toys, with a level driveway, standard 2 car garage, and 54' RV garage with a 13' opening. The garage is outfitted with a commercial ice maker, so you never have to worry about running out, or stopping for ice on the way to the lake. The driveway is 33' wide and 46' deep.

You'll love the open floorplan and designer furnishings, as well as the beautiful stone fireplace. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV with and stereo system that includes surround sound, a blu-ray player, and an iPod dock. The home has in-ceiling speakers for the backyard patio and garage, so you can enjoy your tunes while swimming and lounging in the backyard or handling things in the garage.

The kitchen features granite counters and beautiful custom cabinets. The kitchen offers a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and toaster oven, as well as a wine fridge. All of the appliances are stainless steel. The laundry room is equipped with newer front loading washer and dryer.

The master bedroom is complete with a Cal-King bed, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet. The master bath features dual sinks, jetted tub, and huge walk-in shower. The master sliding glass door is just steps away from the pool and spa, and enjoys great lake views.

The first guest bedroom features a Cal-King bed, flat screen TV, and wood shutters.

The second guest bedroom features a Queen bed, a flat screen TV, and wood shutters.

If you need extra sleeping space, we supply a very nice inflatable Queen size mattress, as well as bedding.

The house is set up with dual-zone A/C and ceiling fans in every room. For your enjoyment, the house has Dish TV in every bedroom and wireless internet. We supply a wide selection of board and card games as well.
