First trip to Barcelona, the location of this property was great, close, and within walking distance to everything to meet all our needs. Very spacious, beautifully decorated. Very hot in Barcelona in July, no A/C.

Gorgeous, spacious apartment. With its tall ornamental ceilings, old wooden doors and beautiful tiled floors it is quite charming and attractive. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and great location. Carlos the property manager was wonderfully communicative and helpful. We look forward to coming back!

Fantastic apartment within walking distance to almost everything! Carlos, our host, was terrific, caring and helpful. The apartment is huge with 12 foot cielings, centrally located, and tiled floors that look like persian carpets. I would stay here again.

The apartment is huge and is in a very central location. Carlos the property manager is responsive and very helpful. My only comment is that we did not realise the apartment did not have air conditioning. This is a problem in the middle of summer which is when we were there. We found it too hot, even with the fans running.

The host as well as Jose were great. The apartment is massive, charming and well kept. Great location, so much to do within walking distance or via the subway. Would highly recommend this rental.

This apartment is situated in the heart of what could be the best-kept secret of desirable areas. It's surprisingly quiet, and only blocks from the busiest areas. During our nearly three-week stay, every day we fell more deeply in love with this flat. The windows, view, appliances, bathrooms, and laundry were all perfect for our needs. My only hesitation would be that others will love it as much and book it up, else we'll be back over and over!
We enjoyed having the cafe below.
The tiled entrance was beautiful, well-lit, and offered a warm welcome when returning to the flat.
The fourth-floor, corner view was breathtaking from both vantage points.
The kitchen has everything you need. The hidden dishwasher and fridge were great.

The location was outstanding, the neighborhood has restaurants and stores, and is walking distance to La Rambla and more. And there are several English speaking channels available on the TV. I wish that they had provided drinking water in a 5 gallon jug, and not been so strict about the towels. Also, there is a surcharge if you do not arrive within a small window of "normal time". The charge is for a leasing agent to break away and let you in at late or early times! We would definitly stay here again.

Lovely place in a great area.

The apartment is in a great location and is quite nice. Beds are comfy and it is quite charming. There is some street noise but think that is just Barcelona. The owner was quite helpful throughout the process.

Carlos was incredibly responsive! The apartment was well equipped with a gourmet kitchen and plenty of space. Located perfectly to walk to Las Ramblas, Boqueria Market and minutes drive to Sagrada Família. There are plenty of small markets within minutes for provisions. Would definitely stay again!

We have just returned home from a wonderful stay in Barcelona and this beautiful apartment.Carlos, the host, was very helpful prior to our arrival. He met us at the apartment and went through everything and the local amenities and was at hand should we have need to call him (which we didn't as everything was perfect).The apartment was full of character which we love. Yet, it still had all the modern equipment to make our stay comfortable.Lovely and spacious which we always enjoy.It is situated very close to local shops, restaurants and the metro, which we used on several occasions, also the local buses, plus quite close to the hop on hop off bus stop should you wish to take the tour.We stayed for just under a week, but there is still so much to see and we plan to return one day and we will definitely stay at this apartment if it is available.Thank you Carlos for everything and making our trip a memorable one.

Perfect apartment

I stayed with a friend for a short break and we couldn’t find anything at fault. Facilities and location are both excellent, it was clean and comfortable. Communication from from the host was also great.

The apartment is located in one of the best and quiet neighborhood of the historic city, yet close to the noisy and fun Las Ramblas and the Boqueria market, the latter with a variety of products and local and international food that makes life easy for local people and visitors, that is to say centrally located and isolated from noise, as well as very short distance from many sights and monuments, shops, bars and restaurants in the old town (Ciutat Vella).
