This home features, three spacious bedrooms, three full baths, sleeps 10 people easily and is handicap accessible! Downstairs you are find a game room, great for entertaining kids, or family functions! Home is equipped with Wi-Fi, games, puzzles, popcorn, machine, cotton candy machine, snow cone machine, picnic tables, outdoor fire pit, and is located close to restaurants, stores and anything else you may need on your getaway!

Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights
No cleaning at all, leave that to us! We only ask that you take out all the trash during your stay!!!
Washing: we will do all of the washing for you at the end of your stay. If you need to wash items during your stay, only wash same colored items together. Gray towels with gray towels, etc.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No fireworks to be set off at property any time. Smoking outside is permitted. No swimming in River, no children under 13, unsupervised in the hot tub
Anyone with health conditions should contact their Doctor, prior to entering the hot tub. No smoking or glass in the hot tub..
