Cozy private efficiency in my home, 8 miles-downtown Raleigh, NCSU, RTP, Cary, RDU airport and nature parks (Lake Johnson, Umstead Park, Lake Jordan) Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven provided. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/dining area. There is a tenant with 2 small dogs who lives on property in their own private space. ( There entrance is the back of the house)

Great location-close to NCSU

This quaint little home near the campus of NC State University was perfect for our overnight stay for college orientation. The home was clean, there were plenty of amenities, and we will stay again when we are back in the area.

Comfortable quick visit

This is such a cute little house, and the furnishings are so comfortable. My kids loved the two big trees out front, and my daughter and I loved the access to good tea and honey.
