Equipped with all the basics needed to start feeling comfortable immediately, and easy access to get to where you need to be fast.
You will find cozy and comfortable home furnishings:

*Smart TVs in every room to access all your favorite personal streaming services.
*Walk up shower in master bathroom
*Fenced in yard
*outdoor amenities to include outdoor furnishings.

*Pets allowed
*Memory foam beds
*Fully stocked kitchen and baths with plenty of quality amenities (Too many to list them all here).

Hop on Madison Pike for quick access to University Avenue (route 72) and route 565 to arrive at your destination fast. Note*. Contactless-Guest will be provided a personal code to self check in.
1 car garage and driveway parking spots are available on the property for guest.
I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up.
Pets may be accepted on a case by case basis and require pre- approval and a fee. Send a message and we will get back to you. Guest are required to scoop and discard poop. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Heavy cheddars are not allowed. There will be an extra charge to clean hair found on furniture.
For the safety of our guests, home and neighbors, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the home. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Guest who use the grill are responsible for cleaning the grill.
