Summary: Roll deep and stay in style at this decked-out 6BR home built for big crews and bigger memories. With two living rooms, multiple decks, a fully stocked kitchen, and room to spread out, it’s perfect for reunions, retreats, and weekend takeovers. Chill on the patio, cook up a feast, or crash in plush comfort after a night out. This is Big House Energy—Book it before someone else snags your stay!
The Space: We offer a spacious home with plenty of cooking utensils, griddle, rice cooker, coffee, in a large kitchen with island and barstools, large family dining table and so much more! You’ll have the home all to yourself, including optional 3-car garage parking or street parking. Enjoy a fresh cup of morning coffee while you enjoy the views of lush evergreens within the Latah and Qualchan areas of Spokane, and possibly even see wildlife in our own backyard! Guests enjoy walking to the basketball court or park just down the road, or a more generous walk to Chaps Coffee & Restaurant, Yoke’s supermarket, Latah Bistro, Subway, gas station or local drive-thru coffee stand called Latah Latte. Reserve a game of golf at nearby Creek at Qualchan Golf course (seasonal).
There are approximately 6 steps up to the front door with handrails on both sides. You'll enter the front door and the open-concept top floor welcomes you! There are two bedrooms at the front of the home, with one common bathroom including toilet, tub insert with glass shower enclosure and vanity mirror for getting ready. These bedrooms have closets for hanging your clothes in or tucking away your belongings to help you feel more comfortable. At the back of the home, the third bedroom on this floor is the primary room with king bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and jetted tub, toilet, double sinks and plenty of storage. This room also has direct access to the upstairs balcony with windows overlooking the hillside and all the views! This floor also has the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area and living room with smart TV, Xfinity cable service and gas fireplace. The laundry room and mudroom to the garage are off the kitchen, with SpeedQueen washer and dryer. The 3-car garage offers parking out of the elements, and this is also where we store the trash and recycling bins. We have a single-cup coffee maker here with coffee and tea available. The kitchen has basic cooking supplies and utensile, serving dishes and cups, an Instant Pot, a toaster and a blender.
From the dining room, if you head downstairs (approx 16 stairs), you'll find the second entertainment room with another smart TV, couch and plenty of room to stretch your legs. There are a few toys and games for the kids (Legos, boardgames) and a play rug for them to use as well. This open area is mostly hardwood and the sliding door opens to the lower-level back deck which has stairs down to the yard. Two bedrooms on this level have queen beds, both at the back of the house. One bedroom has en-suite bathroom and the other bathroom is in a common area, off the entertainment room. Both of these bathrooms have shower/tub inserts, toilet and vanity with sink to get ready. The third bedroom on this floor has two double beds, a closet and additional board games for guests' enjoyment.
We do have a recording device on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the street. Our after-hours team does not have access to the Ring account so please do not ring the bell. If you encounter access issues, please call our 24/7 phone line. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Guest Access: You'll have access to the entire home, except for 3 locked closets for owners and cleaning storage. We use smartlocks, for simple self-check in and check out. Guests who wish to park inside the garage may do so by using the garage controls mounted inside the home.
The Neighborhood: The Qualchan neighborhood is 8 minutes from downtown Spokane, off Highway 195. It's got nice sidewalks, a park and basketball half-court, dog area and quiet neighbors. The tree-lined streets and yards are lovely, especially in Autumn, and a short 4-minute drive will deliver you to Yoke's Fresh Market grocery store, Nom Nom fuel station (gas, diesel, automatic car wash), Chaps Coffee, Latah Bistro, Subway, and Spokane Teacher's Credit Union bank.
Getting Around: Neighborhood is situated near Qualchan and Latah area off Hightway 195, just minutes to downtown Spokane, the airport, and Fairchild Air Force Base.

They live and work here and, while we want you to have an incredible experience during your stay in Spokane, we also want to respect their privacy and their lives. Thank you!
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'. For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover. For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours. For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)

Great home and lots of beds for a large group which was perfect for us. The kitchen was well-stocked, large table and counter for eating and big comfortable couch for watching tv. The home's location was perfect as we attended a concert at the casino and had dinner downtown - both are less than a 20-minute drive. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding, this house fit my family wonderfully. The place was clean and easy to check-in and out. Grocery store was close. We walked the neighborhood and it was friendly. The decks were nice for the little ones. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with our Canadian guests for 4 nights in July '25 for a wedding weekend. This house is set-up specifically as a VRBO and suits those needs well. With a 3-car garage and ample parking, along with large spacious rooms both upstairs and down it met our every need. Located on the west fringe of the Spokane area along the Palouse hwy it was 15-30 minutes from everything you could need and a hop, skip and a jump to the airport. If you're in need of a large home for many people this is the house for you.

Beautiful home!
Well maintained and spacious house with great common spaces. Great proximity to downtown, and close to amenities. The property manager was on top of communication, and the hospitality was above expectations. I would book this home again for my out-of-town colleagues.

Authentic Spokane Experience!
I grew up in Spokane and came back for a family reunion. This property has an amazing view that is nestled high above the trees making you really feel like you can enjoy the inland northwest. Very clean and in a great high end neighborhood. Only thing is that it’s a bit dark downstairs due to the lighting, but overall it was the perfect property for a vacation in Spokane. Will stay again in the future.

We had 8 men and 7 beds. I was surprised that there was no extra bedding, including blankets. So I pulled the bed spread off my bed for the one guy that slept on the couch. It was a bit chilly sleeping with just a sheet over me. The internet was not working, which meant the TV was not working. I messaged the host on the Tuesday of our arrival and she indicated she would check on her end. I got a message on Wed asking how the stay was going. I indicated that the internet was still not working. So she indicated I needed to check the router in one of the bedrooms. I rebooted the router and it worked fine. That should be a part of the house instructions. It would have been nice to have received that note the previous day, so I don’t know how well the corporate folks are communicating with each other. No outdoor grill. The host wanted me to take pictures of the. Vehicle licenses and email them. I did not, they already required me to send them pictures if my drivers license and do a background check so enough privacy issues for one stay. Master bath fan was not hooked up, as two of the light switches were dead. I could not find a garage door opener remote even though the garage door had an opener. So over all the place was nice and clean. There could be some additional kitchen utensils, like a colander, hard to drain pasta without one.
