Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. If you have pets please utilize the side yard for pet waste. It is important that you pick up after your pet, it is a shared space and we ask that you respect the grounds.

The property itself is in an unsavory part of Spokane. There were folks in and out of their cars all day long - our family didn’t feel our cars were safe, being parked at the location. The apartment is up stairs - so we were up and down, also we didn’t notice a view of downtown Spokane…May want to update the ad as well as possibly leaving more trash bags - there were none & we had 5 people & 3 night stay. The house itself was clean, however the kitchen knives were all dull & there was no cheese grater. Cant satisfy everyone- overall good stay - for the neighborhood, the stairs - I give this stay a solid 3 out of 5 stars. Thank you!! Megan
