Welcome to San Besitos in Puerto Peñasco. This new home build was just finished at the end of July 2023.
It counts with a one car garage, outside security system, wifi, three smart tv’s, AC/heater (in each room), washer and dryer and gas stove.
Guests will have full access to the community pool and bbq area at no extra charge.
The home is located 2 minutes away from Sam’s, Coffee Point, Bodega Aurrera and convenient stores. Also, 10 minutes away from Calle 13, Malecon and the main beach.
