Pure Paradise

Stayed here with my family of 5, it was perfect. Townhouse was spacious and clean with a great kitchen. Location was superb. Property has beach access to a quiet and perfect beach, just mere steps from the unit. Pool is spacious and fun with a deep end fun for kids to dive to retrieve pool toys. Atlantis and Marina is 1.3km walk away. Highly reccomend!

Perfect Getaway

Beautiful property very well equipped with everything you might need, from towels to bug spray and more. Perfect location for a sublime beach only yards away, and the pool even closer. Atlantis is only a short distance away, and you can get in free of charge if you want to walk around (and ignore the "wristband required" signs ). We had a lovely week.

Great 8 day stay. I think it was even more amazing than the write up. Great townhouse, great part of town, out the back gate to the beautiful beach and easy access to all of the island. Can’t wait to go back and will refer to friends and family. Amazing stay.

Great Beach Getaway

We really loved the property. The location to the beach is just perfect as you can walk right down to the beach plus come back up for lunch and pool time if you prefer. The property had every amenity we needed plus extras, chairs etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils you could possibly need plus spices and cooking needs. We would definitly recommend it if you are traveling with another couple as you can spread out on each floor plus each has it's own deck. Truly a gem!

A great vacation in paradise!

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us! It was well stocked with everything we needed, including items for the beach. The property was beautiful with immediate beach access, I couldn’t have asked for a better location. Azita was kind enough to accommodate a late checkout due to our evening flight home. The property was quiet and just a short drive to Atlantis. If I had a critique, it was that the beds were a bit uncomfortable and we could have used a few more pillows. Other than that, our stay was amazing and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great floorplan for a larger family

Lots of common areas for us to enjoy during our stay, and large bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. We used cabs quite a bit as there isn’t really anywhere to eat dinner near the property, except Violas which was fun, we walked down the beach to get there.

Property was well furnished with everything required for a self-sufficient beach holiday. Beach access was close and simple. Host was extremely hospitable and eager to answer questions. Azita was great! She made a great recommendation on how to be able to go to Atlantis without staying there. Her villa wasthree stories and plenty of room compared to a small hotel room. Her place was 200 yards from beach with ocean view . And if you can’t find the washer and dryer they are outside! She helped us with that as well. There was also a lot of spices in her villa as well. Very well equipped with plenty of towels, etc. We would stay there again! Place is relaxing and beautiful.

Perfect Villa on Paradise Island

My husband, son, and his 3 friends stayed at the villa in July. It was absolutely perfect! I loved that the bedrooms are on 2 separate floors - so that the "kids" (all young adults) could be on the floor with 2 bedrooms and my husband and I could be on our own floor. The villa is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Although, the laundry is not in the villa itself, it is in the entry area to the condo - literally 2 steps from the front door. There is a little bar/restaurant/sundry store within easy walking distance from the villa. We had take away dinner from there 2 of the nights we stayed. Also, my daughter stayed at the Atlantis and you can walk from the villa along the beach directly to the Atlantis - so she would take a taxi to the villa to join us for dinner and then walk back along the beach. The beach is beautiful and there is also a pool in the villa complex. And Azita gave us the name of a taxi driver: Khalin- who we basically used our entire trip. Truly a perfect stay.

Girlfriends Birthday Celebration!

The listing of this property clearly identified the size, number of bedrooms and baths and amenities. The complex is situated on the ocean with easy walking access from the condo. The grounds were well maintained and the maintenance staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The pool was large and clean with comfortable chairs and tables. The actual condo was not located with ocean front view as was advertised in the VRBO description. The cleanliness and accommodations towels, lines etc were adequate. The kitchen necessities plates, silverware pots etc were abundant! Unfortunately the appliance were not in working order. The refrigerator did not work and all our perishable food spoiled! The dishwasher did not work and the dryer to an inordinate amount of time to dry! The maintenance staff did repair the refrigerator and we had to repurchase our perishable food! The condo only provide 2 low sand chairs so we needed to rent beach chairs at $10 per day per person, which cost us and additional $240. The out door patio furniture chairs were torn and difficult to sit on. The recommendations for taxi and other services was good.

Hello Michele, Thank you for your review and for bringing up some good points. We have rectified all the issues since your stay. our chairs and outdoor furniture were damaged during the last hurriane and we feel that it may have effected some of the appliances but please be assured that the repairs have been made. Operating a home in the Carribean usually has it's chalnges with the salt air and hard water. We generally go through more appliance replacements than other parts of the world. Our maintenance staff and house manager are very quick to respond to these calls and I am happy that the rest of your stay was pleasant.

Island is Paradise, locals wonderful, Town House not so much

Town House is not on the beach, the view shown is from a third floor balcony, ocean is visible standing looking over tree tops. The unit was 80* and took 2 1/2 days to cool off to 70*. The fridge apparently was left open and took a full day to cool off. The key for the patio would not come out once door was unlocked. The kitchen faucet was not fully secured to counter. The owner did have maintenance stop by as well as the AC tech- they changed the filter on the 2nd day and said it was fine. The patio lock is broke and maintenance said he would have to call a lock smith to change- the owner said it was fine just to leave the key in the door and go to the beach that it is a safe area, we were not about to leave our passports, money and jewelry unsecured- a small safe would be useful. Maintenance said the faucet could not be tightened due to the underside of counter being disintegrated- owner said it was fine that it needed to be loose so that the faucet could rotate between the divided sink. Maintenace was there 4 of the 8 days we were there. The owner did discount one nights stay and said we were free to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else, unfortunately there wasn't anything available in the area at same cost. Mismatched and peeling paint, holes in couches, chipped tile- unit not updated. Trip ended with ac drain tube clogged, water drained into ceiling, maintenance put holes in ceiling to drain. We would not have stayed had owner communicated it was not updated.

Hello Jim, I am sorry that you were unhappy with you accomodations. However, some of your comments are not accurate. This is a beach house in the carribean and considering that we have consistantly have great reviews, we don't feel that this review is accurate or fair. 1. Our town house is on the beach and to say that it is not is not accurate. We are located directly on the beach. We don't claim to have Ocean View but access to the beach and view from the balcony. 2. The unit was hot and the fridge didn't cool when you arrived and we dispatched the A/C tech who couldn't find anything wrong with the Fridge or the A/C unit. He still changed the filter just to be sure. He felt that due to the storm the night before, maybe there was a power failure which caused the issues. Please understand that your visit is in the middle of the hurricane season and a very hot summer which can bare these issues. 3. The Patio doors are to be used to go to the pool and is not a point of entry therfore the key has never been removed. We ask that the front door lock be used to leave the unit and keeping personal belongings safe. We have not had this issue with any other guests. We still did call the locksmith who also said that the lock was fine. 4. The statement about mismatch paint and paint peeling is also not true. There is a small area that we painted after a repair that has a slightly diffrent white colour that is not notacible. it is impossible on an island to paint the whole house after a small repair and not enviromentaly sound. 5. Holes in the couch - We have not seen this but I will ask my staff to take a look. 6. chipped tile - One of the living room tiles has a pea size chip in it. It is not envirnmently sound to change the entire floors tiling for one small pea size chip. 7. AC Drain issue was caused by running the AC much too cold for the humid and hot month of August in the carribean. We have a note by the A/C that states to please run the A/C at 70 or 72 degrees. 8. The images of the unit are exactly how the unit currently is. We will update the images once we make any changes. 9. Please be assured that our staff and myself did everything to accomodate including refunding a one night stay and offering a full refund should you rather change accomodations.

Good stay; needs some improvement

Miramar is in a nice quiet part of island at serene Cabbage beach The complex had a number of owners there who were very friendly and welcoming. It is an older property but generally well kept. The property management was quite prompt with help when needed- one even cut open a coconut I had found! The town home is very spacious and the beds slept well. The bed linens seemed clean but a little worn. The bathrooms were clean and hairdryers were provided Plenty of basic towels were available. The kitchen had everything we needed, except kitchen rags or sponges and the market next door did not carry any. Entry from street level was nice even though the bedrooms are on the upper levels. We could leave large items on the ground floor (ie, golf clubs). We enjoyed the close proximity to the Oceans golf course The owner was very prompt and professional in answering our questions. We might suggest that some general instructions left for the TV operation, trash info and locking/unlocking of the persnickety patio doors. Once you are on property, you are directed to ask the on-site manager. We just had a hard time finding anyone at times. Overall the townhome just looked a little tired and needs some refreshing. It’s not very child friendly as there were many electrical cords laying out for little hands to play with! Proximity to Atlantis was fine. A longer walk for some, but certainly doable for most. And being further away means you have the quiet. Taxis are readily available most anywhere. One gave us his name and phone so we called him for every instance needed. Providing bicycles would be a nice perk for guests, but I suppose difficult to store. The patio was nice with the large dining and umbrella. The beach chairs advertised are the folding “camp chairs”, as opposed to sand chairs. There were just three when we visited. We just used the beach towels provided. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and the quiet end of the island, but would search for another property where there is more attention to detail. Please note- I owned a couple of vacation apartments, renting them on Homeaway for years and I really enjoyed pampering my guests. So perhaps that affects my opinions.

Dear Leslie, I am so happy that you liked the location of our property and found the place spacious and comfortable. We have a plenty of staff on hand compared to most places that I have visited. We have a full time manager at the office, full time Gardner, full time handy man, security guard, and cleaning ladies on the property at all times so it is always someone that can help our guests. I also supply all my guests with the managers cell phone number for any needs. The reason we have folding chairs for the beach is that they are easier and lighter to carry to the beach. Most Guests don't like heavy beach chairs that they can't carry to the beach. We change the sheets and towels every 6 months so they should not be worn. I will let the staff know. Our unit was renovated a few years ago and our listing states that it is not a new complex but it makes up for it by it's direct beach access location. Fantastic Location with privacy all the necessary amenities!

We wanted to explore Nassau but we were not interested in the rushed schedule of a cruise or the crowds and lines of atlantis. This was the perfect place for our family of 5 and would easily fit more. The condo has EVERYTHING you need for fun during your trip. From beach chairs and accessories to more towels then you could ever use you will not want for anything when going to the beach, pool or atlantis for the day. The house has all the necessities in the kitchen and beyond we needed as well. The location is walkable to atlantis. you can also walk to a few restaurants as well and of course all of the ones at Atlantis. Anything further a taxi or a rental car is necessary. The beach is right there in front of the complex and never crowded. The pool is very large and warm and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas and shade. We never saw more than 1 other person on the beach or in the pool anytime we went to either. Very peaceful and private. without spending 3X as much I do not think you can find a more perfect place for a family to stay on paradise. I will certainly stay here again on my next trip!

Amazing, wonderful family getaway!

We stayed at this condo for 6 days in June of 2019. It was a little challenging to find the first time and we needed some help from the attendant at the beach club next door to figure out how to get in and find the key. Our time was wonderful. A great location just a short walk from the beach, a 2 minute drive to Atlantis, Duncan doughnuts and the local grocery store. Azita, the property owner doesn’t live on site but was available to answer our questions. There is an office where I believe the property manager stays, but we never saw them, which is fine by me I prefer the privacy. The neighbors were quiet and the water was amazing. There is a nice swimming area at the property, snorkeling was so-so, there is no coral off the beach, but the kids found many star fish and even a sting ray. Overall, our stay was amazing! Thank you Azita for sharing your home with us!
