Awesome place

Michael is a fantastic host. He took myself, wife and daughter around to find a new phone while in the Bahamas. Spent several hours with us and we learned a lot about each other. Oh yeah, the place is amazing as well!! Couldn't ask for a better host or place to stay for the nine of us. When we come back to the Bahamas we will certainly stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Perfect Vacation Rental

This was an amazing property that easily accommodated our group of 9! It was clean, spacious, had great amenities, etc. our kids loved the game room and played pool nightly. We loved the massive kitchen-it was per free t for our big group to prepare food and eat together. Having access to the Beach Club was a huge bonus and made our vacation days that we spent at the resort absolutely perfect. Mike went above and beyond to share information and communicate with us. I literally cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. Don’t hesitate-book it immediately!

Excellent Stay

This house was amazing. On top of having access to the beach and resort accommodations, the house had plenty of room for eight adults and everything we needed to be able to cook meals. Great deal!

Spring Break Dream

This property is absolutely stunning! From the seamless pre-arrival details to the amazing amenities inside the home, this place is truly a step above the rest. Our group of 8, 4 adults and 4 teens ranging from 15 to 18, had an incredible time. We not only enjoyed the spacious home but also had a blast relaxing by the pool, snorkeling, and playing on the pickleball courts. Trust me, if this place is available, don’t hesitate, book it! You’ll definitely be impressed and not disappointed.

Amazing property

Great week on the beach!

We had a great time at this property! We had 5 kids between 2 and 7 and there was something to do for everyone. Multiple pool options and the beach a few steps from the front door. It was great to have plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax too. Mike was very responsive on a few questions we had and helped us out quickly. Chef Everton was amazing if you are going to use a chef for one of your meals and Demaro with Dsquared saved us with a boat ride after we had a miscommunication with a different company we tried to book. Great week in paradise all around!

Very nice property. Great location for the beach and pools. Much more quiet and relaxing on this side of the island - away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great for family gathering away from the crowds

We had a wonderful spring break staying at this property. It's very large, so it accommodated our two families well, it's well-maintained, with no meaningful broken or out-of-repair items of note, and it is well-stocked with day-today items needed for the stay. The owner was both friendly and super responsive from beginning-to-end, including the provision of a "help" packet with thoughts/advice on everything you would likely have questions on for our stay. The unit is in a private development which provided for a very hassle-free stay, but I would simply note that it is reasonably far from most everything else for tourists (Atlantis, restaurants, boat launches, etc.), so be prepared for lots of driving or taxies if you plan to do things offsite. All-in-all, both of our families, including little kids, teenagers and adults, had a wonderful stay and recommend it to others!

Thanksgiving Stay

My entire family loved the condo. It is very spacious for all 8 of us. Very clean and has everything you could possible need. Even a first aid kit which we needed. Palm Cay is quite compared to Nassau which I enjoyed. Michael is on the spot available for anything thing you need.

Amazing stay

This house did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable and very well maintained. I visited for 4 nights with 5 other girls and I can’t wait to return and bring my family (husband and 3 kids). The community is so peaceful, beautiful and so much fun. The amenities are wonderful. Friendly staff at the amenities.

Absolutely amazing villa, amazing location and amazing host. Highly recommend.

We had the best time. Home is amazing, photos are amazing but actually seeing it even better, so so nice and huge. Walking distance to beach, pools, gym, tennis, restaurant and so much more. And easy car hire on site too to explore the rest of the island when you want to. Extremely generous host and on call and amazingly helpful and kind throughout.

Perfect!

The most wonderful place we have ever visited! Helpful host, everything we needed in the house, amazing beach club with free access, clean beach and water, not crowded and perfect in every other ways. We did one boattrip from the docs by the house, half day to Rose Island- the best trip ever. This place is 10/10!

Wonderful family vacation

Our family met at the property for a vacation. We had 7 adults and 4 children. The property is even better than the photos. The location across from the pool and beach is fabulous. It is about 20-30 mins from Nassau. We used taxis and one day rented a car right there at palm cay. Both were very easy. We loved our stay.

Relaxing and beautiful!

Mikes property feels like you are at home with every amenity you can imagine. The home is very clean, comfortable and cozy and across the street from the beach! For those who do not want to cook, there are limited restaurant options which require a 20-30 minute drive into town. Cheryl’s taxi service was wonderful! Mike was a great host.

Family reunion stay

This place was a rare gem just steps away from the beach , Yhe pictures really doesn’t do it justice , the 3 story home is immaculate and beautiful . Our grown kids loved every bit of the ambiance . Absolutely Perfect Home!!!

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. It had far more room that we needed and was well furnished. The kitchen is great for cooking and entertaining and it is well stocked with nearly every tool that you could need. Location is great as it is only a few steps to the beach and the beach club. Palm Cay was great and not busy while we were there, so we had a lot of beach and pool time to ourselves. Mike was great at communication and provided us with a ton of great information that was super helpful. Thanks again!

Excellent!

We stayed for 10 days in total eight of us. two 16 year old's & two 19 year old's. More than enough space for us all. We absolutely loved the Villa. Mike was very attentive and our communication was flawless. Such a wonderful place to stay, we all highly recommend this place. We will definitely return. Thank you Mike.

Wow!

Mike’s place is truly amazing. We traveled with a party of 10. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out in this sprawling villa. Very clean, everything in the kitchen you need, there is a microwave (I noticed that in a previous review)! The pool table was an amazing family that our entire family enjoyed using during down time. Can’t say enough great things about Mike, the host. He is very accommodating. We will be back!

Spring Break

Overall we had a great trip! Mike was very responsive and the unit we stayed in was very nice and had almost everything we needed (there was no microwave, which overall was not a big deal). The restaurant on the property was just ok. The service was very slow and sometimes unreliable at both the restaurant and pool. So we ended up hiring Chef Shannon (recommended by the host) and were very happy with that decision as we stretched the meal into lunch and dinner the next day. We definitely enjoyed staying at a quieter resort rather than a big hotel such as the Atlantis.
